Gauchos are the cowboys of South America – a national symbol of pride and tradition. The residents of Rio Grande do Sul, a Brazilian state, are affectionately referred to as “Gauchos”. This state, renowned for its unique churrasco barbecue, is the birthplace of Chef Edmilson Rodrigues. It is there, in Brazil’s top barbecue houses, that Ede learned and perfected his craft.

The meat was delicious! Tender, well seasoned and medium rare like we preferred. The salads were very fresh and delicious as well. The service was excellent and it’s a beautiful space.

This is great value. Unlimited Brazilian barbeque that comes to your table every few minutes. At some point, you are almost overwhelmed with the offerings of beef, lamb, chicken, pork, sausages, and so many other barbecued meats. The side dishes are excellent, and there are a good selection of fine and reasonably priced wines. The passionfruit mousse was an excellent ending. Excellent service, kudos to Sierra. Thank you so much for the nice table, it made Doug‘s birthday perfect.

Amazing experience! The food was delicious and the service was spectacular. As a Brazilian, I had high expectations, and so far, this has been the best Brazilian restaurant outside of Brazil that I've been to. We went there for my birthday, and they gave me free dessert, which was great. Would highly recommend going there!

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! Everything was excellent, the food was full of flavour and perfectly prepared, and the attention from the staff was warm and professional. From start to finish, it was an enjoyable and satisfying meal. I’ll definitely be coming back!
