Most excellent service to go along with a plentiful variety of tastey meats. Everyone made sure we were happy and satisfied. Well worth the money.

I’ve been to a number of churrasco steak houses. The salad bar was ok - nothing exceptional. Service was cordial but not overly friendly. The quality of the meat was inferior and the meat service was almost laughable. When the server cut the meat off the skewer it was thin and often no bigger than a 50 cent piece. We had to ask several times for different cuts of meat. Sometimes the wrapped meat (filet in bacon) was served close to raw. We were a table of 6. The total was over $440 with 3 alcoholic drinks. Service of 20% was already added to bill even though they called it “suggested tip. Needless to say, this place will not be on my return list any time soon. Too many other restaurants in Asheville that are better and less expensive.

We had my birthday dinner here on a Tuesday night. Waitress misquoted the meat options for that night, but overall the service was good. Salad Bar had several options. They even gave me a complimentary desert.

This restaurant is excellent. Our dinner was honestly one of the best meals I’ve ever had, and the employees are kind and helpful.

If you haven't been to Gauchinho Brazilian Steakhouse, you are seriously missing out. We had brunch there this afternoon, and everything was so delicious. From the wide assortment of items at the hot-cold bar, to all of the perfectly cooked and delicious variety of different meats (picanha, bacon wrapped filet, parmesan pork, pork ribs, bacon wrapped chicken, grilled pineapple, etc.), we thoroughly enjoyed everything and can't wait to dine there again. They also offer a wide assortment of amazing desserts. We've dined at both Brazilian steakhouses in Asheville and prefer Gauchinho's on every level (food, atmosphere, service, location). Highly, highly recommend this fine dining establishment.
