   We had a wonderful dinner at the Gatehouse Restaurant. Our hosts made us feel at home, each course was beautiful and flavorful, and the environments inside and outside the restaurant were beautiful.

   The food was great, the students were awesome and fun to talk to. We were having a great time when the manager cut us off from our wine pairing. We were not informed of this until we asked where our wine was. She told us we were intoxicated, and too loud. We had been tasting all day admittedly, but not belligerent, and I’d suggested she could have politely asked us to reduce our volume level. We never got our dessert either. Very frustrating experience. :(

   Outstanding experience. Highly recommend. Fine dining at a fraction of the price. The students were so attentive, good was so delicious. Went for lunch (4 course) for a bday and we got a tour of the kitchen when we left.

   If you haven't been to the CIA, you should. The quality of the dishes is superb and you're tasting dishes created by future chefs. The service is excellent and the students are courteous since serving tables is part of their training. The dining experience can be as good as a one Michelin Star restaurant, highly recommended.

   This was the 1st time my wife and I had eaten here. We were very impressed. The food was great. Sebastian and Aldo were the best waiters.

   A completely extraordinary experience from the moment I drove into the driveway. I was able to walk through the CIA although most things were closed but very much enjoyed the exhibit dedicated to wine screw openers! I also enjoyed walking through the beautiful gardens and observing the different lettuces and herbs. Everything about the dinner was superb starting with the welcome I received from the student maitre d’, the professionalism of my waiter and the unbelievable delicious food with the wine pairings. Each of the students were friendly and polite and attentive, happy to share their experiences and their future plans. I honestly thought that my trip to Napa was a “ one and done” but as I sit currently at the airport, I’m mentally planning my next visit which is sure to Include the CIA!
