   Superb innovative food, beautifully presented. Good attentive service. The restaurant was very noisy which was the only slight drawback.

   Nous étions un groupe de 8 et avons reçu un service impeccable de Dominic en salle et de Rachel en terrasse. Très beau restaurant, tout le groupe a aimé les plats choisis. Je recommande sans hésitation ce restaurant. Merci pour la belle soirée.

   Nous sommes allés en groupe pour un anniversaire. La nourriture est excellente et le service très attentionné. C’est toujours un plaisir à chaque visite.

   We had a great experience! It is a beautiful room and the food was delicious. The service was a little slow, but good…it was very busy. That said, we had a great time and look forward to returning.

   The Easter Brunch was very disappointing. My wife and I were surprised at the low quality and liimited chocie of the three-plate offering. The main dish was far from appetizing. We didn't find it good vaue for our money. The only reason we would return is the excellent decor and quality of the service.

   Crazy how we’ve eaten here 8 times and this time noise level off the chart. Bison tartare excellent, cavatelli was cool, congealed and poor. Beef cheek risotto was good, definitely needed salt, but a very good dish. Chocolate tart is a pass. Well give it another try next time. Had a few truly awesome meals in the past.

    Our whole family really enjoyed our time at Gaspar French Brasserie, thanks in large part to the warm, attentive service from our wonderful waiter and the inviting ambiance. The space strikes a perfect balance—cozy, stylish, and casually luxe. The cocktails were excellent, and a few standout bites made the meal especially enjoyable. A bonus for families: our kids happily played chess in the adjacent hotel lobby while we waited for the food, which made the experience even more relaxed and enjoyable.
