Nick L. was an amazing server. He was knowledgeable, personable and accommodating. He answered all our questions about the menu easily, was attentive but not hovering and made sure the few special requests we had for our dishes were handled. The food was amazing too! Great variety and quality of drinks/wine. And the atmosphere very pleasing - clean, spare and nicely lit dining space.

Beautiful evening! Sitting in the booth was cozy, the outdoor seating with fire pit looked so nice! My perfect pear martini was delicious,! We were in burrata heaven, the shrimp ceviche with a perfect zesty spice combination, the salmon and tuna were perfection and of course, the fried rice!!!!! We will return.

Me and my wide were visiting the area for vacation, and the restaurant was recommended by a few locals stating it was the best restaurant in the area. Being a chef myself, I love trying new restaurants. Everything from entering the restaurant to the presentation of the food was great. The only complaint with the service would be that our server only took the order, and a bus boy was the one who was filling our drinks and bringing the food out. We had their house salmon with asparagus and potatoes aswell as the lobster Mac and cheese. The salmon was cooked well, but the potatoes it rested didn't seem like they were cleaned properly or and were also way overcooked and left an unpleasant taste. (Would recommended using baby red and purple potatoes instead). The mac and cheese was good, but the lobster that was placed on top was way overcooked and was very tough. Overall, the experience felt way overpriced for the quality of service and food that was received.

Elegant place with great service but the portions are small and very pricey. My husband enjoyed his ribeye. Tender and flavorful but he was served three slivers of carrots as a side. Like…what? The max and cheese was a large portion though and was delicious! My steak was three small pieces on a piece of soggy garlic bread with blue cheese sauce slathered on it. Very pungent. Mashed potatoes were plain.

We came for dinner for the first time and were very pleased with the service. Trish was an excellent waitress as she was very attentive and a very pleasant person to talk to. The food was also excellent. Trish is a very good asset to your restaurant as is probably all your staff. We will highly recommend GARLIC to our friends. Thank you for a very enjoyable night out

From the host/hotess to the waitress; the service was exemplary. Decor was trendy, but not overpowering. Food was excellent and wine was very good. Dining area was quieter then the bar and I was grateful for that. We could hear ourselves speak. Portions were very good. We took home the leftovers and ate the next day. I would definitely go back if we are ever in that area again.

Our experience here was fantastic! The food was delicious, service was top notch, our waitress Brianna was excellent. Even when it rained (poured rather) it was ok. We had just had a death in the family and hadn’t been outside for over a week! Garlic was the perfect place! Brianna kept checking in us and made sure we were always doing ok! Highly recommend this restaurant!!

Disappointing We made a reservation through open table for three to celebrate our anniversary. Our adult son came with us. When I made the reservation, I indicated that I had an onion, garlic allergy, and that our son was vegan. Our waitress, Ruby was very energetic, and made small talk with us when she brought our menus. My husband and son ordered beer to drink. I ordered a specialty cocktail. There was a table of about 12 people next to us who had just ordered their drinks. The bartender was not familiar with making the drink that I ordered, so according to the waitress, she looked it up online. When it was served, she came to see if it was to my satisfaction. When we ordered our dinners, I told Ruby that I had a garlic, onion allergy. She said she would inform the kitchen staff. Our Bread was delivered to the table with garlic butter. I asked for plain butter and it was brought out. I ordered the fillet and asked for no sauce and just salt and pepper and added a reminder that I had garlic onion allergy. I also asked for plain vegetables. Our son ordered vegan options, which he said were delicious. When our meals were brought out, there was a sauce on my fillet. Our waitress was busy, helping the other table of 12, but when we got her attention, she immediately apologized and asked if I had eaten anything. I told her no, and she took my plate and said that she would have the chef remake my dinner. My husband and son finished eating their dinners while I was waiting. About 20 minutes later, my dinner arrived. It was not at all a good experience for us. This is the fourth time that we have been at Garlic. Our other experiences there were much more pleasurable. We will return again some day. the management needs to hear about the problem that we had. The manager removed the charge for the filet and the bartender brought another cocktail and offered drinks for my husband and son, which they declined. I declined the cocktail, but it was left at the table.

Not sure why the reviews were so good for this restaurant. In my opinion, it was nothing special as the filet mignon was ordinary. The meat was not very tender, it was over seasoned with salt, and it was served with a lump of butter on top of it. The salads were typical, but the wines were very good. For the overall value of spending close to $200 for a dinner of 2, I would not recommend it.

We had an absolutely marvellous time. The food is carefully and thoughtfully crafted. The bar manager is extraordinary and presented multiple creations that were dazzling. The staff is attentive and kind. Great menu options! It was hard to choose! I opted for the Ricotta salad, filet and truffle fries. Everything was cooked to perfection! Service was fantastic! We had multiple servers checking on us every few minutes ! I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes!
