It’s a shame this was the last night of operation for this restaurant. The food is very nice and Stroudsburg could certainly use a few more upscale dining spots.

Never a bad meal or bad experience at Garlic. We’re from Pittsburgh PA and always try to stop and have a meal with our kids Who live in Stroudsburg and it has never disappointed.

Delicious food and drinks. I had the lobster, and my husband has steak - literally melted in our mouths. Made for a memorable Valentine’s Day dinner. :)

What a great find! Traveling through Pa we found this little gem of a restaurant right off Rt 80 on our way back home to NJ. We were pleasantly surprised by the charm and ambience of this place! The lighting was soft and the high back booths were so cozy. Our server Nadeem was a delight and gave us the best recommendations. Our food was amazing! We would definitely return!

Not cheap, but worth every penny. We had great service and probably the best steak I have ever eaten.
