   We went in at 7:30 but waited too long to order food I suppose as my beef burrito was very cold but didn’t send it back.

   I was expecting the usual Garduno's experience. This was not it. They did not do the tableside quacamole. The music was a boombox that was too loud. The whole think felt more like a fast food restaurant with Garduno's name . I love Garduno's, but will not be returning to this particular location.

   The food was good. It was noisy, but the sound was not coming from the other customers, but the staff service was poor and they messed up on our order. They did offer to make the correction on the mistake on the food but we didn’t want to wait for another 45 minutes for a new plate delivered.

   This was our worst experience of a Gardunos in 30 years, Heritage Hotels prides themselves on a boutique hotel experience and this was a low grade restaurant experience, especially with it being holiday time. Bartender rude, restaurant had only one server on a Thursday evening, manager was doing her best. What a disapointment!!!

   The food was very disappointing. Not the Gardunos that I remember. Red chili was very bland. Was going to be charged for extra sopapillas when we were only given 1 each. The room temperature was very cold - not sure heat was even on. Will not go back.

   Food and service were good. It was easy to get a table for 10 on a Friday night. Recommend!
