Our servers were amazing! They were so funny and made us feel at home. Food tastes delicious and was amazing as well. The host in green was honestly quite rude and talked bad about us to her coworker within hearing distance. However, the servers service and food made it irrelevant to our overall experience. I do wish she was nicer though.

Best gluten free pizza ever! Service is always outstanding and quick. The Garage is a favorite location but all of their locations are great! Love that this location offers pasta, sauces, wines & other favorites from Italy. Only great things to say!

I’ve been to this restaurant at least 4 or 5 times in the past 3 years. I’ve booked large groups & small groups - in the past the service was great & the food was great. Tonight the service and food was off. It is the first time I have brought a group of teens with me (girls) and not adults so that was my first thought on the off service - maybe they don’t like well behaved kids? There was an older couple a table away that made a point to loudly complain about sitting in an open area & that the restaurants description did not match up to the ambiance right after we were seated (basically complaining that they’d been stuck close to our table). Our group was great - they are a state champion tennis team from a catholic school - I’ll Guarantee we were the only table praying before our meal. These kids have manors & are nice. The waiter made a point to hover over that grouchy table & literally minimal service for our table... My daughters told me they’d of rather walked to our SD downtown neighborhood family owned Italian restaurant & where they are so happy to see them…they said the food is better & the staff nicer. I was disappointed. I booked here thinking it was fun & the team would love it & it would be worth the drive…turns out I was wrong…

Favorite restaurant in Coronado. We live in Phoenix, visit Coronado a couple times a year, and usually dine at Garage Buono Forchetta twice in a week. The eggplant parmigiana is my favorite, and the focaccia is amazing! Friendly service, great food, great atmosphere - highly recommend.

First of all, we had a wonderful time at Garage Buona Forchetta! The service was superb. But, it reminded us a bit of a pizza restaurant in Tuscany that we've been to a couple or so times. There was a lot of energy and it was sometimes quite loudly expressive. But, we were celebrating our anniversary and we could still talk with each other; so not obnoxiously loud. Energetic. The food was quite good. I had a filet with a peppercorn sauce and it was cooked perfectly. My wife had a salad with salmon that was quite good. They have an exceptional selection of wines, both by the bottle and glass.

Although this is the first occurrence after many times eating here, I was incredibly disappointed to wait for 20 minutes with a reservation. There were 6 or 7 other parties who had similar waits with reservations. Once we were seated, the service was quick and the food delicious. Eddie was especially good to us. Of course, I will continue to dine at Buona Forchetta in the future but I hope to not wait with a reservation again.
