The food was great but the service lacked. They didn’t have a designated bartender so drinks were slow. Bartender was also serving tables. She was also the only bartender for a restaurant on a wait. Not a great combo. Will continue to order takeout from them but won’t most likely dine in again.

Ganzo Sushi is the best Japanese restaurant in PBC. We both like that it sticks to Japanese cuisine and is not a hybrid Japanese (meaning sushi), Chinese, and Thai conglomeration. Japanese cooking has a wide spectrum of dishes, cooking techniques, and presentations. Ganzo Sushi does an admirable job representing those riches.
Enjoyed our meal outdoors.
We started with the Tuna Salmon Nachos - it was huge, beautiful and very tasty. So good for sharing. We also had one hot meal (Mongolian Beef) and a few sushi rolls. Everything was fantastic. First time at this place but will now be my go to place for sushi. Friendly staff and easy parking in the shopping center. Very cool interior too but also has patio seating.

This was our second visit. It was fantastic. Great service, great food will be back many times.
Everything was very good but there was a problem with the fish not being cooked as requested. It took a while to get new dinners for the two people who had the fish by that time the others were finished. Every one really enjoyed their meals in the end.
Excellent outside facilities and very COVID aware. Good safe place.
1st time at Ganzo Sushi and it will not be our last.

Overall god but my husbands meal came out cold and undercooked chicken. They quickly made it better and cooked him a new meal. We always enjoy this place and would still go back
My wife and I have dinner there every Friday. The service and food are outstanding. BoBo is the best server. They make the best martinis.

Very nice sushi restaurant with accessible outdoor dining. Very suburban plaza feel. Service was good and the sushi was decent. I’ve had much better, but certainly worth a try. Some of the rolls were a bit tasteless.
Had a wonderful meal (various sushi, Shoyu raman with chicken, Snapper with chili sauce) with my husband and 2 of our adult children. Great service and atmosphere. Its our third time and we will definitely be back!
Very nice outside seating with fans overhead and some lower. Food is very good and more than enough to eat.
The Korean ribs were special and sushi fresh neatly served.
We ordered hot Saki which was very good . Also ordered a Martini generous amount as well as wine. Any drink order on the rocks is not so generous.

Food was excellent, but can go from moderate to quite pricey. Service was excellent! Ambiance was just okay inside, but the noise level was so high, we could hardly hear ourselves talk.
First time for our friends, but we have come a few times. I came with my daughter for her birthday when it just opened & then other times with various friends & family.
This time we were very disappointed with the quality & taste of the dishes. We all had appetizers & main course. The apps looked dry & the pork on skewers tasted like burner fluid. The chicken skewers were dry.
My main course ... medium spiced Chicken Pad Thai was bland. No spice at all. So disappointing!
The presentation, taste and quality was not like I have experienced in the past.

I found that with only 2 tables with customers on the inside, that service was almost non-existent after the initial order. I had to waive down others to get any service at all like water at our table.
