We have been here couple of times and all we experienced here is racial discrimination. Even though the high tops are available, they made us sit in some uncomfortable zone though we have reservation. Even we booked for game nights through the game time ad they promoted but still the manager is stupid enough to ask us to Sit in a table with zero visibility to the screen . Seriously the managers who work here have no brain. The request we have to the Franchise owner is, please hire qualified managers who can make customer friendly decisions during peak hours. Also educate the staff how to communicate with customers. They are so rude and unfriendly. Franchise owner, I humbly ask to visit places like beertown to learn how to value your customer first and create beautiful experience for customers. Seriously the staff at gametime social makes the place intolerable and worst place to host corporate/family events.

Super fun games! Food was okay. I don’t recommend the pizza but the nachos were good. Drinks were great.

Amazing family entertainment. Kids got to play some great games and the adults relaxed. The pricing was fair. I appreciate that the bar is upstairs. Absolutely worth the visit.

Would not go back here. I was previously a fan of the gametime in Brantford but this one doesn’t compare. We all ordered wings and they were very small and extremely greasy. Tasted like the oil used was old. The service was poor, server not attentive to our needs whatsoever. Atmosphere super loud and chaotic, children screaming everywhere.

Saturday night my husband I decided to come here for an early celebration for our anniversary, away from our kids for the first time in MONTHS, everything was going great until I went to the bathroom. When I came back, I stood beside my husband at his chair for a couple minutes so I could hug him, he had his arm around me OVER my clothing, and he happened to touch my butt INNOCENTLY for a moment and I went to sit down again. He didn't do any grabbing or squeezing, it was a simply placement of his hand. Next thing I know a waitress has come up to our table and started harassing us basically saying we're in a public restaurant with kids around (mind you it's almost 9pm) and she "KNOWS WHAT WE'RE TRYING TO DO." please tell me what am I trying to do in a public restaurant besides be with my husband and enjoy my meal? We're adults, with kids. This waitress immediately judged us as immature people in their 20s trying to get inappropriate in public. Next thing I know I look over and she's telling everyone in her trail about what "HORRIBLE" thing my husband did and everyone is staring at us, making us feel absolutely uncomfortable and attacked basically. I confronted our waitress and she just said okay repeatedly, didn't care at all. Then I told the manager and he also said he'd "look into it" but he did not apologize once. I felt like they thought what they thought and we couldn't change their mind anyways even though we were doing nothing wrong. We couldn't even enjoy our night, we paid and left right away. They ruined everything with such an unnecessary comment.

Booked a table of 8 and the hostess brought us to a table of 6 and didn’t realize it until later. Called our waiter to change the table to rectify it. Thankfully he changed it before our additional guests arrived. Game time was extremely loud. Food was ok. Waiter was friendly. Felt a bit rushed once we were done eating (and the kids were still okaying games).
