The food was exceptional- the salad bar was fresh and the meats were cooked to perfection. The service was also excellent, and the servers were very attentive. We had a wonderful meal and we will be back!

Great place. This is the number 1 Brazilian place out now. Forget Fogo and make a reservation at this place. The food and service quality remind of what Fogo used to be like before big Corp took them over. Look I’m a die hard fog fan and after two trips here in sacramento and a few to the napa location I am say Galpao is the best bar none. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.

Overall, it was good. This is the first time we came to this branch as we always go to the one in Napa. Just surprised that compared to Napa, the sides, appetizers, salads, cheese were lesser. Had to ask as well for the bananas where in Napa, they serve it same time with the bread and sauce. We will still come back though cause we really go to Galpao for the meat which as always cooked and served perfectly.

When the rest of our party arrived, they just started throwing food at us; no time to order drinks or go to the salad bar. I wasn’t quite ready to eat yet; I was enjoying my beer and 15 minutes later; I couldn’t get anyone to give me food. We paid $70 per person and I left hungry.

We had an amazing time. I was with a person who never experienced a Brazilian style steakhouse. He loved it! Service was first class and food delicious! The caipirinhas were yummy.

First timer here, amazing service, great salad bar to start w extra besides salads, then servers bring around all kinds of meats cooked different ways, 17 types to be exact. all y7ou can eat also. i figured out what I liked and enjoyed. Fast meal also.

One of the BEST dining experiences I’ve ever had! Food choices and execution were spot on….staff anticipated your every wish… the space was clean, beautiful and very well staffed and managed.. had a short tour of the kitchen space- spotless and efficiently run… Everyone should experience this level of fine dining at least once! Will definitely be back and bring all our friends and family 👍👍👍

The food is always incredible. The variety of meat is perfect. The pao de queijo is the best I’ve ever tried. The service is above and beyond. Well worth the price. The experience that they create is unique and memorable.

Dining at Galpao was an amazing experience. The restaurant itself is clean, bright and energized with helpful staff. The salad bar has extensive offerings of cold items. The goal is to leave yourself room for the delicious meat skewers to come. We very much enjoyed the salad items we chose. Once done with our salads, we turned our cards to green and awaited the Gauchos with their protein delectables. Wow. So many perfectly prepared meats, fish and seafood. We took our time savoring as many skewers as possible, flipping our cards from green to red and relaxing as we dined. The wait staff was attentive without being bothersome. All staff was friendly, helpful and most accommodating. We have dined at other Brazilian steakhouses but Galpao has created a dining experience of the highest quality. Their business model will succeed as they gain the loyalty of new and return customers alike. We can’t wait to join them again for a most anticipated meal. Thank you Galpao, for opening in our area. I say to the curious public…go and experience Brazilian cuisine at its best.

It’s a wonderful restaurant but the service is overwhelming. Suggest you add one more red/green card to stop other services for such as water and beverage and plates. It’s impossible to have a conversation or finish a bite. Nicest people ever and food is so good - but overwhelming service is a major downside. Suggest adding a service card in addition to meat card. It’s difficult to do anything but eat and leave.

This was my husband and I's first time visiting the new location in Roseville. We were seated promptly and got to choose if we wanted to dine inside or outside on the terrace. It was a nice day and we chose to dine outside on the terrace. Our server was attentive and responsive. I was in particular impressed with how this Galpao Gaucho location has a card for if you don't eat pork. I greatly appreciated this as it's often hard even after saying "no thank you" or 'i don't eat pork' multiple times for other Brazilian Steakhouses to understand that you would like other meats. The gauchos also were very attentive to whether we wanted more or not. The meats were seasoned and cooked beautifully! And they had chicken hearts!!! All in all I would drive out to Roseville again to dine at this location. Thank you!

We were a party of 4. Our first impression of the restaurant was very nice. Then we had to wait for a few minutes since the host was MIA other staff would walk by but wouldn't help or at least say someone will be right with you. We went there for lunch so there was hardly anybody, so waiting made no sense to me. I only ordered the salad bar and the other 3 people in our party ordered the full menu (meat and salad). I understand that people that didn't order meat probably eat meat from their family plates. So I understand that they have to check, however, it should be done a little less conspicuous. Made us feel extremely uncomfortable. It was almost like having someone standing at the end of our table watching us eat. We felt like they thought we were lying and I was going to eat the meat. If I ordered 3 full menus and one salad what is one more full menu? Except I did not want to eat meat. It didn't make sense to me. Not to mention 2 people in our party were seniors and the plates are the same price(which I didn't care)in their 80s, they don't eat a lot anymore. I honestly couldn't enjoy my food and will never go there again. But the meat according to my husband was great except for the lamb. He said it was a little dry.

Everyone associated with our dinner was pleasant and knowledgeable about the Brazilian style of celebrating. The salad bar was excellent. The meat as it was brought to the table and sliced was delicious. We would definitely choose Galpao Gaucho again.
