First time here and will be returning. It was crowded, so service was a little slow, but everyone was working extremely hard and was very friendly. Food was good. Drinks were good. Definitely plan on going back.
Food (seafood fettuccine) and drinks (espresso martini) were amazing! Will def visit again.
Good experience and service.
The customer service was not good at all. I did order a burger and fries and that was amazing! My burger was cooked perfectly and the fries were soooooo good. I did love the big booth we sat in also. Overall the food was good but the customer service was upsetting.
Galliano’s had excellent food with great service. One of my favorite restaurants!
The food was tasty. Service was a little slow, but I accredited that to the popularity of restaurant. I had the crab bisque which was delicious. My husband had the steak which was delicious. The ambience was wonderful. It was a little noisy but we were located in a center table. I look forward to returning.
Server was not attentive to us. Left our table when we were about to order drinks and dealt with another table. Our drinks came after our food. In excusable. No apologies or anything. Food was nothing to write home about. Kind of bland. Will not return.
Having read mixed reviews, we didn’t know what to expect. We went hoping for a decent meal. We enjoyed delightful service from Odaly and a delicious meal. Our appetizer and entree were delicious. We look forward to our next visit.
We sat at a candlelit table in the bar area, and we were served by the very knowledgeable and professional Nikola. He was attentive and had great suggestions. I had the pasta Bolognese and my husband had the mushroom risotto; both were delicious! We started with the beef carpaccio, which was a perfect appetizer. We accompanied dinner with a Brunello di Montalcino, which was a bargain because it was half-price wine night. We will be back here often for date nights and nice family meals.
Great food and atmosphere, extensive wine list, highly recommend!
Very nice place, great food and service. I highly recommend.
This was my first time dining at Galiano. I attended with my family for my son's birthday. The atmosphere was great and the food was amazing! Our server Kris was super sweet and she made sure to check on us often throughout our time there. My birthday is coming up and I will be make reservations with them again!
Exceptional and timely service. Food was great and the environment felt welcoming and comfortable. Great value for money. Will certainly visit again!
Amazing service and amazing food
We cannot wait to go back!
While we enjoyed our server and some of us enjoyed our food it was not the experience I expected. Two of our meals were undercooked- chicken bloody at the bone and they tried to stick us with a $15 fee that was not clearly communicated.
First time with friends. Excellent as every other visit.
Great experience. The chef did a good job of accommodating my dietary restrictions. Great quality food and wine!
The ambiance is wonderful, the wait staff is excellent, and the food is always delicious! Our waiter, Tom, was superb and very entertaining. When I told him it was my birthday, he brought out a delicious dessert. Galliano is always my "go to" restaurant of choice!
A group of friends and I wanted to try a new restaurant that offered brunch in the area. BEWARE the staff aren’t the friendliest out there. ESPECIALLY THE HOST. The FIRST person to greet and welcome you… that wasn’t the experience we got nor did we feel welcomed. She was extremely rude, and therefore made the experience quite unsettling. The ambience was pretty nice, our server wasn’t attentive, the food was pretty decent, yet took QUITE awhile to finally come out. Go at your own risk with this place…
Upon entering there was no one to greet us for several minutes. When the hostess finally arrived, it was apparent she was having a bad day. No pleasantries were expressed as we were escorted to our table. Not the best introduction to a new restaurant.
The good news is that everything else eclipsed that sour experience. The food and service were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the eggplant parm app, pappardelle bologneae, and chicken marsala, as well as our salads. The tiramisu could use some help, but it was beautifully made.
We will definitely return to explore the expansive menu.
Excellent food choices. Service is great. Great for a date night.
Excellent food, exceptional service, there was enough background music but not loud to be annoying. Tom, our server made us feel welcome and entertained us the whole night. There was not waiting time on our food, it was very fast phase but without feeling rushed out. We will definitely be back again. Thank you for making my birthday special 💗
Food and service were excellent. We sat at a table in the middle. It was very noisy. I think maybe one of the rounded booths might be quieter. Next time I’ll reserve sooner and request the booth.
My first time dining at Galliano and I had made a reservation for six (only 5 showed) and requesting a table off to the side of the room if possible and it was set up perfect for us. Our waiter Raphael was excellent. He was able to describe any item on the menu that we may have inquired about and was very friendly and a real joy to have wait on us.
Free Birthday dessert!
Average for the price - a little too loud for an upper scale restaurant
I made a reservation for 8:15 and I arrived early and sat at the bar. The bartender was very attentive and pleasant. I ordered a drink and then my date arrived shortly after. My date inquired if we could be seated earlier and one of the hostess said yes and proceeded to get us seated. However, I had to wait for about 10 mins before the bartender returned to cash me out because of my drink. Then we were finally ready we go to find the hostess but she's not at the stand. But there was a woman there that seemed like the manager. When we approached she didn't speak and when I proceeded to tell her I had a reservation, she scrolls through and said she didn't see it. Then the original hostess my date spoke with returned and the manager asked her about it and we were seated. There was a young man that came over to the table that was our waiter, he introduced himself and asked my date if he'd like a drink since I already had one and my date told him what he wanted. But because the young man wasn't aware of the type of drink my date was ordering he immediately says I'll need to have someone else come to take the order because I'm not familiar with the type of alcohol that is. (Weird) I say it for him and we both just tell him to right it down and the bartender would know. He goes away and it takes like 15 mins for him to bring the drink. In the meantime there's a party of like 10 seated and this same waiter is tending to that table alone and neglecting our table. He walked by several times with his head down where I wasn't able to get his attention. He did advise he was new and young but his demeanor towards the other tables he was servicing nothing like the service we received. We had to ask hi. To come over each time to take the dirty plates and glasses. We had to inquire about our food because it was taking way to long. He messed up the salad order and then took forever to bring it out. However he walked past our table several times and didn't ask if we needed anything.
Food is always GOOD! But the service was a bit slow.
The service was excellent and the food was outstanding.
The service is always great! That is my go to spot for dinner!
this was our fourth visit since opening. we welcome a fine dining option in the area. Food was served hot and was delicious. I had the Mediterranean Pasta (with shrimp, scallops and crab) and my husband had the chicken Marsala. We both had Ceasar salads. the dipping sauce with the warm bread was fabulous - olive oil with just the right amount of acid and herbs with parmesean. The entrees came out hot (always a point of contention when the restaurant fails to meet this test) and tasty. Each visit has seen improvements to the menu - and it continues to be our favorite desitination in the area.
Service was uneven. Our waiter seemed to disappear for periods of time, so we had trouble getting certain things, like our wine, in a timely manner.
we all enjoyed our meals! Keep up the good work!!
Kudos to the chef, the food was GREAT! The service…not so much! I was very disappointed with the service. From the beginning when I requested outdoor seating and the front desk attendant seemed to be annoyed that I knew how many tables were available outside, although she tried to convince me that there was no seats available. It took another waitress to assure her that there was availability. There was also an incident where a woman in a wheel chair needed seating and instead of the waitresses providing proper accommodations, my cousin and I were left to attend to the customers needs when she asked if she could sit at the table with us. No restaurant staff made accommodations for her, so we proceeded to move furniture around to assist. Fortunately, someone else knew the lady and offered her to sit with them. Either way, it was the customers who helped with the needs of the lady versus the staff at the restaurant. We saw our waitress maybe a total of 4 times. Greeting, to take our order, check on us and bill. As we were signing the check, someone (not the waiter) finally asked if we wanted water. Since we had been parched for so long and now ready to go, we declined. Finally, when I got to my car, I had an email from Open Table indicating that my reservation had been cancelled because I was a no show, although when I arrived, I told the lady my name and that I had a reservation and she said, “yes you do, I see your name.” Not sure why it was noted that I was a no show when I was there and within the grace period timeframe. I’m going to assume it’s just this particular location that needs help in the customer service department. Next time I’ll go to the Fulton location. I love trying new restaurants and I was super excited to try this place.
Great place to eat!! Will continue to share my experience with others and to patronage the restaurant.
Good food and service. Excellent pasta dishes. Very nice restaurant.
My husband and I had lunch on the weekend here. The food was good but the restaurant had a musty odor of cigarettes which was a turn off for us as two non-smokers who are highly allergic to cigarettes smoke. If we return it would have to be when the weather is nice and we can dine on the patio outside.
Love this restaurant! Food is always amazing and so is service. Terrance is the best server. Go Terrance go Terrance!
Our server was incredible! Second time we've had her and will be requesting her again in the future!
As always, the food and service was too notch.
Be back soon!
