Discover the true expression of the Willamette Valley’s ideal terroir, with wines that capture the essence of Burgundy’s perfection. In honor of the MOSAIC celebration this May, $50 will be donated to the Cultural Council for Palm Beach County, which has supported local arts and culture since 1978. Dinner Menu: First Course: Lingua Franca Estate Chardonnay 2022 – Bright and vibrant with notes of lemon zest, green apple, and white flowers. Crisp, mineral-driven finish with a touch of saline.
