Highly recommend The Galley at Hilton West Palm Beach. Patio seating was very nice. Heather was exceptional as our waiter. She answered our questions and recommended the salmon and beef back ribs which turned out to be excellent choices. We loved our experience/meal at The Galley at the Hilton.

Excellent Easter buffet & service. The only downside of the experience was how smoky it was on the patio. It was stinging our eyes and our clothes and hair smelled like smoke. Maybe skip that station next year to invite a more pleasing atmosphere that would otherwise be lovely.

The restaurant is really pretty. Love the decor here. The service however was extremely slow and not too sure why as it wasn’t super busy. One guest ordered steak and was disappointed as she felt it was overcooked. I ordered salmon and it was good. Would definitely try again.
