   Their birria ramen was amazing! Maybe we went on a not so lit day (the day after besame mucho fest) and expected a Sunday funday experience but definitely wasn’t the case. It was also freezing that weekend. So keeping that in mind I’d come back to give it another chance. I’d give it a 7/10 for the food and experience.

   food was absolutely delicious!!!!! drinks were pretty good, the mimosa tower is a 10/10!

   The food is amazing, and the place is very cute. However, I had placed a reservation for an inside table at a specific time, and when I got there, they told me there were no tables available. Because of this, I had to sit outside, and that day was pretty cold, so I fail to see the point of a reservation if they will not stick to it. Especially because when I got there, they seemed to not care at all about my reservation. Additionally, two of their most popular drinks were unavailable to order on a Friday night, which is weird. However, the food was very good and our server did his best to get what we needed when he was busy, which was more than appreciated.

   Cool little place to try and beautiful view of downtown. Good wasn’t great, drinks were decent.

   We were visiting Austin and wanted something different from home (MN). This restaurant did not disappoint. The food and the service were excellent. Thanks to Alfonzo for his great service to our party of 4.

   We stood at the host stand for about 5-7 mins and no one even looked at us, we walked over to the bar- no one, walked out in the back outdoor seating area and found a server. She seemed super overwhelmed and apologized and told us to take a seat. We sat down out back and scanned the code for the menu. Menu is oversized and doesn’t show up properly on a mobile device. Eventually she came over and we ordered queso, and the salsa trio. Ordered a beer and 3 waters. Everything came out kinda random, food before drinks, beer before waters. Waters were tiny, drank quickly and not refilled. Ordered dinner- 3 plates of puffy tacos- 2 chicken, 1 pastor. 1 person in our party is lactose in tolerant and she made sure to request no cheese, no dairy. Food came out fairly quick, the dairy free one had dairy. We had no silverware or napkins. Taco shells were cold and greasy. Meat tasted old. We waited again for like 5 mins for silverware as our food just got colder. Our hands were covered in grease from trying to pick up the shells since we didn’t have silverware. Finally I got up to go find us napkins and silverware. Everyone kinda hated everything. At this point, my husband who is a chef and has run multiple kitchens was like yeah no we’re going somewhere else this is terrible. He went and spoke with the staff that seemed to just be hanging out at the bar. Let them know everything that was wrong and that we were just gonna leave. At this point two of us had taken a single bite of our tacos and our lactose friend was just sitting there. I’d been in town Christmas 2021/22 and we’d gone here, it was good but now it’s just a bad restaurant with instagram photo ops. Ended up at another spot about 3 mins away and had a better experience overall. Was really sad honestly, but $13+ to park and that service/food quality was a no.
