Fuji at Assembly is a perfect marriage of contemporary and traditional. The dining room is chic and modern, yet furnished with reclaimed wood dating back over one hundred years.

At the sushi bar, chefs select from ingredients delivered fresh daily and create a unique meal for each guest. The menu also offers an array of authentic Sichuan dishes with spices originating from Southwest China.

Parking was a challenge. Food was good, hot, delivered quickly. Restaurant was clean and waiter had good suggestions. Cocktails pleasing, highly recommended.

Hostesses were really friendly and that’s important because that’s the face of the restaurant when you walk in! The server was very professional and attentive Display gotten so much better , I’m definitely coming back 👌
