FUHU Las Vegas is the newest breed of high-energy, experiential vibe dining mixed with an unexpected twist on contemporary Asian cuisine and an elevated mixology program.                         Wonderful food and service. Interesting and delicious combinations on the small plates, and the sushi. The miso tacos are insane. There is (was) a live DJ and it was sometimes too loud to talk and be heard at the table which was annoying. Our waiter and staff were very attentive and engaged:) we will be back!

                        We sat at the bar, and the bartender gave us their recommendations—all great! Each item was tasty and the meal kept getting better. Definitely finish your meal with the matcha cheesecake wonton things. Soooo good!
