Service was terrible…. Waited over 30 minutes for drinks, food came out randomly with no semblance of organization. Went over 45 minutes without seeing our waiter, when we would have ordered more food. Table next to us had the check before one member of the party got his food and everyone else had already eaten. The food was all very good, but the service was the worst we’ve experienced in Vegas.

It was absolutely freezing in the front section of the restaurant. It seemed that the air might still have been on. We have been here at least 5 times and always loved the food and the service. The service was lacking tonight. We waited for water refill etc and the restaurant was not busy.

This place is amazing for the atmosphere and the food is delicious. The staff is a little stuck up from the hostesses to the manager who was a little rude when we had a request. We have come here now 5 times and each time they seem on the service side to miss the mark. It’s a very nice place and you pay a premium for great drinks and food but they need to work on the timing of the kitchen not delivering 8 plates at once. And maybe it’s the lack of communication between the sushi side and the actual kitchen but there’s no way you can bring every single plate ordered all at.. especially since everything is served family sharing style.

Fuhu has become our favorite sushi-asian restaurant in Las Vegas. I recommend sharing a number of small plates and sushi so you can sample the imaginative creations. The miso cod tacos are amazing. The spicy Hamachi roll is beyond anything you would expect. The duck noodles were hearty and addicting. Excellent service. Priced no higher than other on-strip resort restaurants.

We had 7:15 reservations (party of 2). Checked in at 7:18. We did not get our food until about 9 PM. Waited over 45 minutes to be seated, ordered immediately since we had so much time before being seated to review the menu, and waited forever to get our food. Two tables next to us were seated and got their food before us. Not once did the waitress explain or apologize for the delay. In fact, at 9:15 when we still hadn't gotten all of our order, we cancelled the rest and the waitress seemed annoyed. The manager came by to ask how we were doing and I was honest. He gave us two free, $8 beers on a bill that approached $200. Thanks (sarcasm). The worst part about this is that everyone with reservations seemed to be waiting a long period of time. A group of 4 claimed they waited 2 hours for a table and decided to walk out. AND, I checked on OpenTable and they were still showing open tables to reserve the night before. They are obviously grossly overbooking. OpenTable dings us for not showing up. Why are they not acting on restaurants who overbook like this. Oh, and the food was just above acceptable. We grabbed a slice from Mulberry Pizza on the walk to our car....hated DJ. Music too loud. Trying to be Tao but just not.

The service was amazing. Most of the food was delicious, but sadly the bone in rib-eye was dry and over cooked. For $120, it was unfortunate. It is served in a sizzling hot plate, which I think is a disservice as it continued to cook well last medium. They slice all their steaks, which is generally okay, but this didn’t work well for over cookie the steak on this platter. The steak was mostly fat, which I do enjoy a fatty rib eye, but this was more fat than actual meat.

Our server was great. He became very busy and not so attentive toward us. The restaurant did not have the wine that we wanted. The wine by the glass that my husband ordered was low quality and over priced. We had the crunchy tuna which was ok.The special buttery crab roll was bland although the ponzu was delicious. Our filet was cooked well and tasty.

Our second time here for a casual buisness dinner and this will be a go to from now on We dined family stile ( as per their recommendation),. each and every dish was delicious,unique yet still familiar,. Service was outstanding, vibe very cool and comfortable, price reasonable( for Vegas finer dining )- for sure add a visit to your gastronomical bucket list

Great time and meal. 4 of us went to celebrate a birthday and we were not disappointed. We shared the traditional roast duck. Very good. Stayed moist and the sauce was very good. Crispy salmon roll was also very good. Spicy sauce added just enough heat and the crunch was a great texture. French onion soup dumpling was very tasty and they added another so everyone could try one. FUHU fried chicken and chicken lo mein were also very good. I think my favorite was the king crab and truffle fried rice. It was delicious!! I could have eaten the whole thing myself. Only true complaint was the table. Food is served family style. So all of the food mentioned above plus 4 drinks plus 4 nice size water glasses on a tiny table. It was a Tuesday so I’m sure they were trying to only use the front/bar of the restaurant but it was very difficult to eat. All the plates had to be constantly moved to accommodate the lack of room when getting a serving or moving a plate. Would return but would probably ask for 2 tables. Very good.
