This was more upscale Mexican food. Good presentation and decent food. Not big hearty portions or fabulous food but ok. Little pricey compared to the amazing Chinese place next door but not bad.

Interesting place to check out and a good variety of menu items but I felt the price point was high for Mexican food. Ordered a beet and citrus salad and added chicken and that was close to $18. Michelada was $10. They forgot the beets on my salad so I had to wait a while to get the servers attention, and they ultimately brought me out 4 slivers of beets in a small cup to add to my half eaten salad. Service was decent but inconsistent. Various people helping us so not sure who was our "go to." Told one guy we were ready for a to go box and our bill and he brought the box. No bill. Had to wait to get the other server's attention to then get the bill.

My wife and I enjoyed a dinner at Fuego Tequila Grill. The menu is large and more varied than a typical Mexican restaurant which mostly has plates of tacos, enchiladas, and tamales. We tried the shrimp in the Mexicana Plate and the Tequila Lime Time. Well, there’s not much difference between the two versions. The shrimp were small to medium size. They both tasted pretty average. The serving size is smaller than you would typically expect from a Mexican restaurant. They don’t even server chips and salsa when you are seated. So, this is a fine choice for a moderately priced Mexican restaurant in a sports bar ambiance (TVs everywhere).

I wanted to like the food; the menu descriptions were great and the wait staff were very warm and friendly. However, the green sauce was so lemony that it distracted from the taste of the enchiladas, and the chicken was very bland. The best dish was the tacos that we ordered as an appetizer. If I go again, I would order apps and drinks. Also, I thought that the prices of the entrees were way too expensive.

We had a reservation. Arrived at the restaurant to find it closed. As they had our phone number - we were surprised that No one had contacted us to let us know they were closing early that evening. Per their website, they were scheduled to be open an additional 2 hrs.
