   Much better experience than expected. Food was plentiful, delicious, fun. Difficult to get information on what the menu consisted of. Only info was 'fondue'. Since we love fondue, decided to give it a try. Waitress and waiters did all they could to please. Tip: Skicorp could provide better information between restaurant, central reservations, open table, information center, and online descriptions. Everyone had different or no information to provide, none of it complete and only some of it accurate.

   We were there on the very first night ever so it was expected there would be some snafus. When booking through Steamboat reservations we were told that this was just cheese and chocolate and that making actual dinner reservations for afterwards would be a good idea. To out surprise this was a FULL meal. Salads, cheese, sausage and other meats and chocolate. Dinner afterwards was not needed. Thankfully the other resturant was understanding and didn't hold us to our reservation that was held on a C.C.. The fondue was great but there was a considerable lag between when the bowls were brought to the table and when they were warm enough to eat. Some preheating would have been great. Our server was awesome and we all really enjoyed it!
