Our love of fried chicken started before we can even remember – with our family’s secret, signature fried chicken recipe. We finally decided it was too good not share. Now, we’re bringing it to Canberra.
From our humble beginning in a food truck, we’ve moved to a new home in Canberra’s foodie hot spot – Lonsdale Street in Braddon.

    Fricken Chicken has great gluten free options! I was amazed by how good the truffle parmesan chicken was, as well as the chips. Next time I go I will have to try the frownie, which is also gluten free. Definitely recommend for coeliacs!

    Coeliacs rejoice! Gluten free fried chicken and chips (and they have GF beer!) Super tasty and not oily! Chips are crunchy and yum! Staff are friendly and super helpful and reassuring! Will deffo be back!

    We booked a table for the Summernats 34 Braddon cruise - and it was perfect! The weather was terrific and the food and service at fricken was excellent. Well worth the booking and effort.

    Once again a great meal. I had the teriyaki burger which was delicious. The food comes out quickly and you won't find a better vegan shake than the choc Oreo shake. I have it for dessert, delicious!
