   This place doesn't miss. The food is nothing short of spectacular. The service is top tier. The drink pairings (including the non alcoholic option!) are original and go so well with each course. We have been here twice and couldn't recommend it enough. I wish every restaurant could take a lesson from Freya and become better.

   From the moment we walked in, the team at Freya & Dragonfly made us feel right at home—warm hospitality, elegant ambiance, and a menu that truly tells a story. We opted for the Grand Tasting 9‑course menu, and each course was a delightful surprise: impeccably balanced flavors, stunning presentation, and thoughtful seasonal ingredients that highlighted both creativity and technical mastery. Every course was paced just right, giving us time to savor each bite and appreciate the chef’s craftsmanship. Our server was attentive without being intrusive—knowledgeable about creaft cocktails and happy to walk us through each dish’s inspiration. In a city teeming with excellent dining options, Freya & Dragonfly stands out for its seamless blend of warm hospitality and world‑class cuisine. We can’t wait to return!

   Most of the food was very good if not excellent, but the timing was off. We felt like there was too much time in between courses.

   This was our first time at Freya and we were really looking forward to it. We have been to several wine tastings and decided we won’t attend any more. Why? Since the focus is on the wine, and it appears, also causes the high price, it seems the food suffers. Does making food for groups cause this also? Our favorite course was dessert; it even had the best presentation! We are sorry we were introduced to Freya through this wine tasting because we have heard so many wonderful things about it. We feel we should have gone for a special meal on our own. Sitting in a group can be interesting meeting new people, but ours was a challenge with one person dominating the whole conversation with non-stop loud talking. You can’t control that, but she ruined the evening for us. We couldn’t wait to finish! (Ah, peace and quiet)

   Abigail greeted us and I was surprised that she remembered us even though we hadn’t been in for a few years. Very nice. We were celebrating my son’s birthday and they served us sparkling wine to start. We all ordered the 5 course menu and every dish was creative and delicious. They also served us two extra courses just because which we also enjoyed. Needless to say, we left happy and full. The service was amazing as they were very attentive and described each dish as it was served. Highly recommend!

   We had a splendid time. It was our 3rd or 4th time. An excellent example of modern fine dining - best things of classic fine dining minus the stuffiness. I will say it is quieter on weeknights - voices and music - but Saturday night was still enjoyable. If you haven’t been it is a must. If you like cocktails I recommend starting your evening at the Dragonfly next door - owned by the same folks. Love the touch of a staff signed note for special occasions.

   Amazing service and meal presentation. The staff were also super accommodating to my dietary restrictions and made our evening memorable. I highly recommend this restaurant!

   Wow! The experience for our group of 8 and an infant was fantastic. The service rivaled some of the best I’ve received anywhere. Food was unique and elevated. The team even went above expectations, did some online research and customized our experience. Stood up with the best, highly recommend.

    This restaurant is always a culinary treat! The food is absolutely outstanding. The vegetarian and vegan dishes are magical. This comment is coming from a meat-eater. Highly recommend this place for a special occasion. I would pass on the wine pairing.
