I felt invisible dining here. A lot of staff but there seemed to be no organization. I was practically ignored for the majority of the visit. I had to physically get up and find a server after sitting at two different tables waiting for anyone to notice me. I got my food and no one checked in until I was done both dishes. It was an odd experience for what I assume is generally a very busy restaurant.

I appreciate the need to bring in younger business, but there should be a place where people (who even with hearing aids on can hear each other. The music and noise level was unacceptable. I am 66 and would pay to be given a quiet room with dulcet tones and the usual great service from the former Tundra staff.

The service is always top notch and the food is amazing. A truly enjoyable and relaxing experience each time I have been. I have had different items and must say that I have never had one dish - whether an appetizer, salad or main dish - that wasn't delicious and sariafying. And of course I must say that you want to order their fries ... always order the fries!

A great experience at Frenchy's. We were a large group of 13. The decor is beautiful, the food excellent, but best was the attentive and detail-oriented service by our waiter. He gives 5 star service, you feel you are at a very high-end restaurant when he takes care of you.

Only one waiter working and he was really nice however, he was far too busy. Our main course came out before we had finished or cleared our appetizers (they never did clear the apps). We waited 20 minutes on wine and another 35 minutes on dessert only to be told they didn't have that dessert available. Service just completely fell off a cliff. This happened the previous visit a month or so ago and I asked to speak with the manager and he/she never came to speak with us. For a $750 meal this is completely unacceptable.

Typical hotel food. The frito misto was heavy and greasy and too large. Would have been much better to half the size and make the morsels light and crispy. Branzino grilled was very good. Ravioli did not have much taste and could have been frozen food from a grocery store. I would not have booked this if I had known it was a hotel restaurant. The place was virtually empty.
