The name says it all: French (onion soup, vichyssoise, duck), Rotisserie (quarter, half or whole chicken), Cafe (lovely, lively, professional, delicious). There are several complete entrees to chose from, or “assemble your own” salads and poultry/seafood dishes with sauces, of course.

This was our first visit. They have a prix fixe menu with good options for salad entre and dessert. I have the rotisserie chicken while everyone else had the beef borguigon. Both were great. Large portions and friendly service. A very reasonable $6 glass of wine to boot! Thanks!

French Rotisserie has had delicious food every time we have been there. The owners are so gracious and walk around to greet most people there. There waitstaff is also good. They make sure that all is ok but do not hover.

I went for the $39 three course option as part of Greater Palm Springs Restaurant Week. I had not been to this restaurant before but I will definitely return. I loved my meals from start to finish. My main was chicken in puff pastry in a wonderful sauce. A delicious treat. My server Richelle also made my stay very pleasant. She is always smiling and very helpful. She took very good care of me.

What a lovely meal. Ethan our server was casual and familiar and checked in with the right amount of attention. Juan the bussser was stunning. Cleared without clattering and was always watchful of the floor. Food was delicious.

The food, service and ambiance was excellent. Great value during restaurant week. This was our first time dining there and we will definitely be back. A place not to miss!

Hadn't been back in quite a while, but noticed that their Restaurant Week special menus were more interesting than most other participating restaurants. Since we're French, we can be a bit critical of places that don't really hit the authentic mark. But we were very pleased with the food. The tempura appetizer (OK, not very French) was excellent, light and crispy and not in any way greasy. The salade nicoise offered anchovies, which is rare around here, but made it much more delicious. The main courses, Vol au Vent de Fruits de Mer and Bouillabaisse were both outstanding. Despite being a very busy night, the service was professional and welcoming. We loved our waiter Hadrian. we can see why this restaurant has become so successful.

We continue to love French Rotisserie. It’s our favorite in the valley. The food is delish, the service is excellent and for a couple of hours you fell like you’re in Paris!

We usually have great dining experiences at the French Rotisserie but our service last night was somewhat disappointing. The waiter appeared more interested in rushing us to order than to attend to our request for cocktails first then proceeded to submit our drinks request after a couple of tables arriving after us received cocktails before us. I didn’t appreciate being rushed then ignored. The food was at least as good as ever.
