    One of our favorite restaurants in Aspen! The food is amazing and the service is always excellent. We had the French onion soup for the first time and it was incredible. The gnocchi was our favorite main course of the night. The dessert crepes are all ver good as well.

    Food tastes good but the portions were incredibly small. Probably 2 ounces of beef in the beef bourguignon. Tables very tight together.

    Cozy ambiance, delicious food, perfect cocktails, and above all - exceptional service (Benjamin took great care of us). We highly recommend the french onion soup and the foie gras. I was so satisfied after the meal I felt I wouldn’t be hungry for days, but here I am craving that soup just hours after our visit. We had a wonderful time and will be back. Cheers!

    We ordered a glass of sparkling wine for each of us, 3 of us. Only one came. Hmmm. So when the waiter came back for our order we reminded him we wanted to enjoy our sparkling wine first … but we need two more. So he went and got two more. Right off the bat you can’t possibly get a 5 Star rating when you drop the ball even a little bit. After each course - appetizer - salad - main we needed to ask/wait for silverware. Hmmm Finally this, Medium is not Medium-Rare, so there’s that.

    While visiting Aspen we had the opportunity to eat at French Alpine Bistro. The food was amazing! Three of us started with Escargot, Caviar and Terrine de Foie Gras. All were superb. Our entrees were just as fabulous! We had Coq au vin, Truffled Gnocchi and the special, Truffled Fettuccini. After eating all this food, and boxing some up, the three of us shared a Nutella and Strawberry Crepe. The servers were great and the actual space was reminiscent of France. Highly recommend!

    We loved this restaurant. Cozy European atmosphere. Great service. We had the cheese fondue and it was outstanding. My husband is Swiss and we have had cheese fondue in Switzerland, France and Austria. The fondue at French Alpine Bistro is on par or better. We will go back for sure.

    Whenever I arrive in Aspen, this is always my first stop. The venue is so unique. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is impeccable. I love the quiche I love the French onion soup I love the creeps Cocktails are delicious as well

    We love this place. The people are so wonderful and the food is gooood! We can't come to Aspen without a visit here. We always have bubbles and always end with a wonderful crepe. This time the creme brûlée crepe. You can't go wrong here.

    Sat outside, downstairs in a little covered wooden ski-shanty. It was cool, even though the sunny areas were very hot. Great crepes, hearty onion soup, and fresh salads. We both had cocktails, and they were sweet and generous.

    Our party thought the food was very good, nice portions however the prices were too high even for Aspen. Bottle of wine is more that 2 1/2 times the retail price.

    Food was good, felt like certain dishes lacked composedness. I got the mushroom gnocchi and my boyfriend got the beef bourguignon. Definitely wasn’t bad but was not up to expectations for the price points

    Eaten here many times over the last several years. Prices have been jacked up significantly without corresponding improvement to menu. Ordered $90 bottle of wine which can be purchased at many wine stores for $16 -$20 per bottle. Marking wine up is understandable but 500% is unconscionable. We will not be returning. Definitely a "RIP OFF"

    Very cool ambience downstairs. The scenery really stood out to us. There are a lot of tables packed in downstairs, so the noise does travel so a bit lively but worth the experience. We thought the food was average.
