Had booked a table online & also called them the day before to double check it was booked as it was for 13 of us. When we got there they had no booking showing 😏 I had my email confirmation to prove it had been booked. Considering how busy they were I was dreading being turned away but they managed to get us squeezed in without a fuss. Very nice patient waitress seeing as we had 9 excited children. Booked for pre show meal, we got shown straight to our table on arrival. Service was very swift and the waiter very friendly. Food good, up to usual F&B standard. Very enjoyable請問這對你有幫助嗎？

This is a very busy restaurant at the O2 and our table for two was stuck on the route between tables so our server when waiting on us blocked the way through for other servers. The food is okay you know what you are getting pretty much from a franchise but while not expensive a bit pricy for what it is. Bit of a wait for the dessert. On the plus side the servers were very polite and you can book in advance which is helpful as the O2 gets busy on a concert night.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Firstly then didn’t have the reservation for the table, however we did get seated. The seat wasn’t great, outside far away, enough to be forgot about. I am Gluten Free and ordered a carbornara with chicken. When it arrived there was lack of cheese sauce on the carbonara and the chicken was foul. It was defrosted but you could tell it wasn’t nice, my partner tasted it also and spat it out. I found a server and told him, he advised that this was not made in house (microwave meal really) it was defrosted and served to me. Now for £13 I really grudge this. I asked what was made in house...he hesitated so I asked about the pizza he said yes, i had this instead. It was ok, edible before the concert. This is the second time I have been to a FB’s and have had disgusting food. This will be the last time. My partners food was ok he said nothing special.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Came here before a concert. Had booked in advance to guarantee a table. The food was nice but service was quite slow, probably due to the fact it was so busy. Also was a little pricey but you’re unable to use voucher discount codes in here.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

We had reserved a table which obviously wasn’t reserved as we had to sit outside. Wouldn’t go again as it’s nothing special. The wait staff were friendly and helpful though (but the host not so much)請問這對你有幫助嗎？

After arriving before the Disney on ice show, I needed to feed my kids before the show but when turning up at the restaurant, they refused me and my family saying there wasn't a reservation. This was completely unacceptable and I do not understand how Opentable hadn't communicated with them like usual to show a booking. My young kids couldn't eat for another hour and it ruined the whole show.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Appalling. Booked via Open Table and arrived in time for pre show at the O2. Couple in front iof is were shown inside although they had no reservation. We were first told there was a 20 minute wait for food and then shown to a gloomy table in the freezing cold corridor outside the restaurant, having been told there were no tables instead the restaurant.. My companion heard the manager tell the host that he was letting in too many people. In retrospect this squares with the experience of other reviewers recently. I should have been warned. We walked away and were welcomed at Ask across the Avenue where we had a good lunch served by friendly staff and in good time. F&B should be ashamed. A disgrace請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Ladies toilets were blocked and disgusting tissue thrown everywhere needed attending. When I informed the manager he just shrugged and angrily told me he knew and was very rude and aggressive.請問這對你有幫助嗎？
