Disappointing…placed a reservation with standard seating (no high top/booth) arrived, no table indicating reserved. Threw together high top tables in main bar area. NOISY and had to talk loud then KU game came on, volume turned up and was way too loud and had to yell to talk! Service was terrible to no fault of the servers but understaffed.

Went for Chief’s football game. Shockingly Vikings were playing prior, great fun with all the Minnesota fans. Fish & chips left a lot to be desired. Fish was like a thin filet of tilapia, not much to it. One server doing all Will not be going back

I liked the layout with all of the TV’s and there was a lot to do. But the service was very slow and took us a long time to get our foods and drinks. The servers were nice and I think they were trying but it just took a long time to get everything.

Truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The service and food were unfortunately just plain awful. At first we thought it was due to short staffing, but the server (blonde girl) was genuinely just not happy to be there and took it out on her tables. The people behind us told us they waited over an hour for food, and that the same server was just as awful to them.

Overall pretty decent place. It’s kind of nice dive bar with pool tables. Service and food were good, but it was a little more blue collar than I was looking for. Also, after had a table for a while, we got bumped because a birthday part was taking over that part of the bar. Not a huge inconvenience, but, a factor

Food was great. Service was lacking. Could barely get our orders in. Gave up on ordering dinner then had to hunt down the server to pay for apps and drinks. She was super sweet. Maybe they aren’t staffed appropriately?

So dirty and nobody came to give us a menu so we left and went to Bo Lings for delicious Chinese food. Maybe good if you’re looking for a 20 something bro to play pool with at 6 on a Sunday evening.

Doesn't look like much on the outside, but it's nice on the inside, the food is great, and the activities (pool, darts, pop-a-shot, backgammon, ping pong, and more) are tons of fun. And pool is free!

I messed up and didn’t get us reservations for dinner anywhere at 5:30 on a Friday night with 7:15 movie tickets so we were scrambling. I saw this place had an opening, so I snagged it. I’d seen it around for what seems like my whole life but had never been inside. Huge mistake. It was so balmy and hot walking in. No one greeted us at the door because it’s clearly a bar, so we found a table and sat down. Our server came over immediately with menus. We brought waters super quickly, and took our order then. When we brought our food, instead of the cheeseburger sliders I ordered for my kids he brought the hot chicken sliders. For a 4 and 6 year old. Yes, I shouldn’t have had them in a bar, but I didn’t know what I was walking into. The food was almost inedible. The salmon on my salad was so over cooked and dry it would have been inedible had I eaten anything else that day. The burger sliders, which the server had made right away, were drier than the Sahara and didn’t come with any kind of sauce. When the bill came the server told us he had to charge us for the chicken ones that got made because they were more expensive. My husband and I have a combined 25 years from fast casual to fine dining and are not going to fight anyone over a few dollars or poorly cooked food, but we will make sure to never come back. Our mistake for coming in. You win some you lose some.

Made a reservation but got to the restaurant and they were too busy to seat us. Then once we did get a table we waited over an hour after ordering to get our food. Left us wishing we had just gone to McDonald's!

I’ve been to this location a couple of times and the same waitress wears her mask below her nose—continuously. I shouldn’t have to explain to her that she should care about protecting other people. Will not return.

Didn’t get or keep, not sure, my reservation. Confirmed it through text, kept receiving notifications all the way up to 15 minutes before. Claimed they didn’t have it and it was packed. Me and 3 clients had to sit at the bar. Oh...and the night before had our company sales team there and spent $800.....won’t be back ever!

At the time of day I went for a late lunch it was pretty quiet, however I'm sure it would be louder with more of a crowd. I ordered the classic burger and fries which was delicious, my order came out pretty quickly and the temperature of my burger was perfect, not overcooked or dry in any way. I loved the fries and the metal tin they come in which helps keep them hot longer. My server was pleasant and friendly, I didn't order a cocktail since it was so early in the day but I will definitely go back for dinner and drinks. Had a good time there and found the place by using open table. Keep up the good work.

Food was great as well as the service. Waitress bent over backwards to accommodate. The air conditioning wasn’t quite as cool as it could have been. The only bad thing was the very loud obnoxious man sitting next to our table who couldn’t converse with dropping the f bomb with each sentence and I guarantee everyone in the restaurant heard him. Would go back again.

My chicken strips were nearly burnt , no substance to them at alll and 0 flavor thank God for the dipping sauce !!! The garlic fries had 0 garlic ! And the waitress had a attitude because she charged me for a drink I never had!! So her tip was minus most of her tip!!

Food was good. Staff was friendly. From my chair position I did not have a clear, close TV to view the game. Would suggest positioning a few TVs on the posts. As a result of my twisted position, I was uncomfortable in my chair and did not stay past half-time.
