Overall the experience was very pleasant. We ate in the outdoor’s area with the ocean just a few feet away. The glow of the Tiki flames made the ambiance romantic. The food was seasoned well and delectable. Would recommend this wonderful experience for everyone.

We really enjoyed our food and service was good. We ordered 2 appetizers: octopus —was flavorful, not super tender but good. Could have used crusty bread. Calamari was amazing. Lightly crisped with a light fruity sauce with crushed macadamia nuts I think. Yummy. I had the house salad with grilled shrimp Light, citrusy, delicious. My husband had the Mahi mahi. Liked the fish, raved about the spinach and squash. Seriously good food.

Food was great! We were seated in an area that looked like a storage room turned dining room. There was exposed duct work over head that was so dirty you felt like running for cover anytime the AC was blowing. Unlike anything else I’ve experienced in key West. And not in a good way. Especially for a high end restaurant.

We went for Thanksgiving dinner with 2 children. The food was good and the kids eat well. Very family friendly. Best if you can get an outdoor seating because the view is awesome!

Ordered the turkey plated dinner for Thanksgiving and to be honest the dressing was okay at best, the turkey was good but there was no gravy on the dressing or the potatoes. For the price I expected more but the ambience of the restaurant was excellent and our server, Adam, attentive and first class in every manner. Right there when we needed him and standing by incase we needed anything. I would definitely return to the restaurant and order off the menu which was impressive. 5 Star facility, 3 Star meal.

There are many many good options for dining at Breakfast or Dinner on the island. The Reach brings together excellent service, great food and the sense of “ no crowds” in Key West! Bravo!

What a beautiful atmosphere. Right on the beach. The grouper was delicious. The Key Lime Pie is one of the best we had while we were in Key West.

Service was remarkable. Menu knowledge and descriptions were great. Ambiance was perfect (it's ocean front so clearly it was perfect) restaurant was clean. We sat outside and could immediately smell the odor of dead fish. I was told by my friend that it was from the seaweed on the shoreline. If that is the case, you would think the proprietors of a “private beach” would have this remove daily. I requested bottled water and was served a small bottle. After drinking it, I was offered the option of a large or small bottle. Why wasn’t that offered first? I would have opted for the larger bottle for cost and satisfaction. The liquor my friend requested was not available and the drink I ordered seemed watered down. The chicken sandwich I requested was out of stock so I was offered chicken to be added to my salad. 3 drinks, a beat salad with chicken and a steak lunch came to about $130.00 with fish smell complimentary. In my opinion, I believe the price paid we paid was not worth what we received.

The food & service was great, even for the price of $200 for 2 of us. But, due to the concrete ceiling, the noise level made it very difficult to converse with my date across from me at the same table! We first asked to be moved away from other guests next to us, but as the room filled, the noise level was ridiculous. I suggest the restaurant invest in some acoustical ceiling.

Our server arrived promptly and greeted us warmly, allowing plenty of time for cocktails and conversation before ordering. Avocado toast and the flatbread both got rave reviews, and I was pleased with my 4 Marlins burger. We enjoyed sharing a most wonderful confection, their Hummingbird Cake for dessert. Our table gave us a wonderful view of the beach and rekindled fond memories of when we went there when it was The Sands.

I cannot say enough good things about the enjoyable brunch experience I had at 4 Marlins. Everything was excellent from start to finish. What a beautiful environment and fantastic energy in this space. I would like to thank Ashley our server, who is absolutely lovely and the general manager of the property for his kindness and graciousness. I’m looking very forward to my next dining experience at this great restaurant.

One of the worst experiences I have had in a long time. I should have known better as I had been to this place a couple of years ago and it wasn’t great but it was really bad the other night. It’s a resort restaurant, great location on the water but it’s dead. Yes it’s low season, but it was dead the last time I went in high season. The server was horrible. Barely smiled and seemed mad that we were there. We order a couple of appetizers and one entree. I told him we were going to share everything and to start with the apps. He seemed mad that we were sharing the food even though we ordered 4 dishes. Soup, ceviche, salad, fish and chips. All of the good came out at the same time. The expediter couldn’t even find room in the table. Waiter no where to be found. Then when I confronted him on why he sent all the food at once he got visibly frustrated with me and basically blamed me. This really got me mad and we basically ate a few bites and walked out. We couldn’t even get a drink until I walked to the bar myself to order them. On top of everything else, the food is very average and super over priced. Major fail!!

Arrived and there were only two other tables that were seated in the restaurant so I would have though service would have been much better. Four people in our party and nobody’s order was correct when it was brought out to the table initially. After four trips by various staff members back to the kitchen our orders were correct. For being placed in a higher end hotel I would have thought the service would have been much better. The menu is also extremely limited in variety. The only positive spin I can place on this restaurant is the fact that it has a great view of the water.

Don't know if they had a new chef but our meal was poor especially at the prices they charge. We been there in the past and it was far better.

Was quite disappointed for the brunch. Shocked you ran out of French toast. The lobster tacos were small and the shells were over cooked.
