Food was delicious. Seafood tapas, salad, all extremely tasty. The portions are small for the price. Super attentive service, just right
As we've eaten here before, we were disappointed that on this visit there were no specials. Unfortunately I was with a kosher friend and that left only one dish he could eat, whereas normally there are 1 or 2 fresh caught fish from which he could also select.
The waiter was very accommodating in shifting the sides / sauces for the fish that was ordered - yea!
Probably the best service in Key West.
A Gem of a Restaurant Nestled Along the Private Beach of the Reach in Key West! Definitely Try the Wood Fired Oysters!
Had reservations since October for 8:30 New Year’s Eve. After getting there we had only a half hour to eat; because the food stations were being shut down. The curfew went into effect at 10:00. Three hundred dollars for a rushed meal. No communication prior to getting there.
One of Key West's most beautiful waterfront restaurants!
Very expensive for small portions! No bread or extras! Limited menu....would not return!
The ham was horrible. Salad app and dessert were ok. For the money no way. Why was it 45 minutes between each course??? My first time and probably last. As a local resident it was a bummer of a meal. We only went there because the brunch at the Casa has sucked the last few years. Last year they ran out of oysters at 1145. Where is the prime rib or turkey??
Christmas Day - it was very overpriced and the food was cold and the quality was poor. I was very disappointed.
The service was good and so was the set up for social distancing. Not much variety in menu. Some items under Sea and Land are just small plates. We ended up getting an app, and 3 “entrees”. Scallops and Swordfish were delicious but short ribs and peppers had absolutely no flavor. Vey pricey for portion size. Would have liked a better variety of food also. My recommendation is to find a nice place on the island instead of this hotel restaurant.
Great on the water dining. Staff efficient and excellent covid protocol. Had fish dishes that were so flavorful. Thanks team well done. I believe Adam was the waiter and in training. Excellent service.
View was lovely, food was yummy. Service was overwhelmed....if you build a page you really should deliver.
Awesome as always.
What you would expect from a hotel restaurant. Ended up here because our flight arrived too late to explore the town. Menu is mostly tapas, grilled octopus was a decent option.
Amazing ambiance, delicious food and great service!!!
There "sample everything" brunch is awesome. Food is creative, beautifully presented, and delicious. The views can't be beat... and the entertainment... well it is certainly entertaining. One of our favorite Sunday morning activities here in Key West.
Now a Hilton Hotel, no longer a fine dining venue, not like Spencers. We were the only ones there, only three entrees available, very expensive, now a tapas restaurant. Will not return.
Food and service were spot on! Thank you for taking care of us for my fiancé’s birthday!
This reservation was to Celebrate our 20th Anniversary. And I placed that information on our reservation. With COVID it is very nice to be outside diners. Although we were seated near a very loud group of The Business Guild meeting. Loud music, microphone use of announcements and drawings. Our dinner which was to be relaxing, wasn’t. We are locals and love this place. Unfortunately, they did not even acknowledge our Anniversary. We have had better service, and ambience. We hope to return for a better experience. Time will tell
Brunch is amazing!!!
Food & service wonderful.
Slightly overpriced for what we received
Delivery of food was uncoordinated. One person received all three items ordered.
Others had to wait and their orders which came out slowly.
Thus, orders were not coordinated from kitchen.
4 Marlins has been a pretty good go to restaurant since reopening at the beginning of the year. Unfortunately, they recently decided to get cute with the menu which seems to have only lead to unclear decisions as to what’s an entree, an appetizer or a salad. The actual fresh fish selection is kind of minimal. The meat dishes are crazy expensive. It is impossible to figure out what is an appetizer. Looks like they tried to create some sort of tapas type restaurant which just means overpriced little dishes that aren’t a meal and aren’t an app. Disappointing. Hope they find out this isn’t working and head back to where they came from a few weeks ago.
I thought the menu was very limited. If you don’t care for sweet southern style food, you’re not left with much choice. My whiskey chicken entree was terribly dry and overcooked. Very very small portions, this is definitely tapas.
Beautiful restaurant and creative, delicious food. We ordered small plates to share and dined tapas style. The service was excellent, everyone was attentive but not intrusive. The view cannot be beat! Best in Key West!
We enjoyed the new menu and had great service from Danny! One of our favorite places in Key West to eat!
The place is beautiful, clean, outside is beautiful with a view of the pier and the beach, inside it is spectacular! Ordering some avocado toast with mimosas and cappuccino and it was all excellent! We will definitely go back❤️
Amazing place. Absolutely fantastic view and fabulous food. Highly recommend!
A very pleasant and quiet place to eat. Although at this time they were mostly serving tapas but I found them to be very tasty and filling.
It’s a very nice place to get away from the house to enjoy a nice relaxing evening.
Apparently they changed the menu the day before and now everything is Tapas style with
small plates ranging from $15-40. The entrees were big enough to serve 2, but they
were $155 each!
On our honeymoon we booked on late notice and received great service. Thank you!!
We decided yo go back for brunch. We were not impressed. The eggs Benedict were serve cold, the fried potato cake was greasy. Although the conch fritters were some of the best. The service and location were excellent. We enjoyed our dinner there much more than brunch.
Delicious dinner, excellent service, the sound of the surf...what could be better?!?!
Wonderful and friendly service by Uygar and staff. Greeted warmly by hostess and given table overlooking ocean. Food was great from apps to entree to dessert. Drinks were excellent as well and had alcohol in them. Covid guidelines recognized and applied. Wonderful experience and can’t wait to come back.
Great food and ambiance. Chefs catch was amazing.
We had 11 am reservations, when we arrived, we were told they were still serving breakfast and we couldn’t go in. No worries, off to the bar, waited a half hour or so. Hostess casually walked by to tell other diners their table was ready, but not us. (Our table had been ready since we got there.) We picked up our waters and Proseccos and seated ourselves as no one was there to offer help. Ashley the waitress came by, took our order and disappeared for the entire meal.
Our appetizer arrived without small plates to eat it on. I had to ask the server for plates and my coffee, which had never come.
When the coffee was served, there was no spoon to stir and I had to ask for a coffee spoon, the next time he walked by, as well as salt and pepper. No one ever came by to fill up empty water glasses or ask if we would like anything else.
My Eggs Benedict was barely acceptable, the Hollandaise delicious, but the English muffin appeared untoasted and one egg was overcooked hard. My friends braised short ribs almost had flavor and were burned.
Having had many delicious meals in this restaurant before the refurbishment, I was totally underwhelmed and disappointed.
There appeared to be no proper management, just young clueless kids in over their heads.
There was a little bit of confusion initially with seating us. We had the first brunch res. of the day and breakfast was still in process. Then a little confusion as to who was serving us. But after that everything was great. Food, service, and the musician (Gary) who sang Happy Birthday to me. Afterward we sat on the beach, had a dip in the ocean, and altogether it was a perfect day.
We came to the Reach to celebrate my boyfriend birthday, all service stuff was excellent! Very friendly hostess accommodated my request and give us nice, quiet table with the view! The waitress was very knowledgeable, friendly and he surprise my boyfriend with dessert and candle! We ordered oysters for appetizers and steak and catch of the day for entree - delicious! I highly recommend this place for food/ experience and the best view!
Great service, food, management and atmosphere. My wife and I will continue visiting.
Locate in The Reach Hotel, the recently renovated makes better use of space and provides a light and airy atmosphere. The wait staff is very friendly and accommodating.
It's a great place for breakfast and lunch.
Our experience was less than par. Upon arrival we waited almost 10 minutes to be seated even with a reservation, which should have let us know that this was the pace that everyone would operate. Our reservation was at 10:30am, we were seated and a ordered our first drink at around 10:45, we ordered two bloody Mary’s and our server after some time let us know that the bartender wasn’t setup just yet so it would be a few more minutes; we understood that we ordered a Bloody Mary before 11am (when brunch started) but we didn’t receive our drinks until 10:57. We ordered the oysters and they were delicious but only had 4 to an order and the oysters themselves were small and were finished promptly. We then waited for our server to come get our order which was at about 11:22am ... we had empty drinks, dirty dishes and I had asked for a napkin and never received it. We ordered two lobster Benedict’s and an order of the plain/regular avocado toast. When we received the avocado toast, it had seared tuna on it... something I was not expecting, it was a nice surprise but for $13 I wasn’t anticipating that which ended up being way too much food for us and we were charged $19 for it. We had to flag down our server multiple times, we felt ignored, and at the end when we asked for our check, we immediately put the card down to pay, and then him and the host walked past our table multiple times and did not take it. We ended up leaving cash and just left. Between being ignored and watching the host use the “this table has been sanitized” sign to pick food out from the cracks of the table and then not wipe the sign, and put back on the table next to the reserved sign; I can safely say that I would not come back to this Restuarant. The view is magnificent but the lack of service and promptness is just unexplainable. We finally left the Restuarant at 1:15 ... almost 3 hours later... absolutely insane.
