   Our experience was very nice. Lexia, our server, was pleasant and attentive. Korisa was very efficient and friendly. Food arrived in a timely fashion and was very tasty.

   Our brunch dishes were superb! They had to be the most beautiful plates we’ve ever been served. Everything was cooked perfectly. Best meal we had in San Antonio!

   A truly superb Mother’s Day brunch at Four Brother’s Southern Provisions at the Omni Mansion del Rio! Excellent service and a light-flooded table overlooking the Riverwalk, an eclectic and gluten-free friendly menu, followed up by a beautiful red rose for each mother present. We enjoyed some whipped yogurt drizzled in honey and fresh fruit to begin, followed by avocado toast on sour dough bread, brisket eggs Benedict, smoked salmon and egg croissants, and a cinnamon, Bourbon pastry bun that came with warm homemade caramel sauce to pour over it. A delightful Pavlova filled with almond cream and fresh fruit and espresso were enjoyed by all. Thank you for a luscious and memorable holiday meal!

   We enjoyed everything about the place. My wife had - and loved - the Shrimp & Grits. I had the Texas cassoulet because I enjoy duck. It too was excellent. Wait staff was pleasant and struck the right balance. Especially enjoyed the entertainment by Kaniela Q. Wonderful musicianship.

   I took my mom here for her birthday. I ordered the shrimp and grits and she ordered a salad. The food was good not great. Now their jalapeño cornbread on the other hand was to die for. It was so good that I wanted to return the next day to get more. They also had a live pianist which made my mom’s birthday even more special. I would recommend this restaurant because I still consider it the best place I ate at while in San Antonio.

    Came here for brunch and the restaurant looked empty. Our server greeted us quickly and took our order. Drinks were brought out in a decent time and we requested straws from the server. He never returned. My drink was not prepared correctly (absolutely the wrong drink). Food came out from the back of the house staff about 20 min later (still no news from our server). We finished our meal, no server to be found, still no straws or available server for the incorrect drink . We requested another server in passing to assist us. After being seated for 45 min our server came back to apologize about the drinks. After a complaint was made he was more committed to serving our table attentively. There was no checking in with us and during a slow brunch this was a missed opportunity to increase check amount. Food was not quality at all for the price point. Rick and Eduardo was the only positive thing about my dining experience. They helped the waiter who was slacking or just plainly missing and both gentlemen were engaging and uplifting.
