   I took my mom here for her birthday. I ordered the shrimp and grits and she ordered a salad. The food was good not great. Now their jalapeño cornbread on the other hand was to die for. It was so good that I wanted to return the next day to get more. They also had a live pianist which made my mom’s birthday even more special. I would recommend this restaurant because I still consider it the best place I ate at while in San Antonio.

   Loved the food and the live music. Had a wonderful anniversary dinner with the best waitress.

   Came here for brunch and the restaurant looked empty. Our server greeted us quickly and took our order. Drinks were brought out in a decent time and we requested straws from the server. He never returned. My drink was not prepared correctly (absolutely the wrong drink). Food came out from the back of the house staff about 20 min later (still no news from our server). We finished our meal, no server to be found, still no straws or available server for the incorrect drink . We requested another server in passing to assist us. After being seated for 45 min our server came back to apologize about the drinks. After a complaint was made he was more committed to serving our table attentively. There was no checking in with us and during a slow brunch this was a missed opportunity to increase check amount. Food was not quality at all for the price point. Rick and Eduardo was the only positive thing about my dining experience. They helped the waiter who was slacking or just plainly missing and both gentlemen were engaging and uplifting.

   Chicken was very rare/raw and had to be sent back. Management was very accommodating and refunded the order and replaced it with a new order and a discount.

   My husband and I had a perfect night celebrating our anniversary at Four Brothers. The seating was comfortable, ambience was relaxing and the staff were very welcoming. Hamid was our server and he went out of his way to make our evening special. He had great recommendations for us and he didn’t steer us wrong. My filet mignon was tender and juicy, while my husband’s breaded venison was incredibly flavorful. The cocktails and dessert have some unique and bold flavors which we also highly enjoyed. Lastly, the live musician made our night! He took a request and played our wedding song which brought me to tears. This will be one to remember!

   Food and service was amazing!! We had Brahm as our waiter and never had a more attentive and knowledgeable waiter. We had the trout special that was the best dish ever had! We will be back and back again and again!

    We visited twice within three days while we were here, both times for breakfast/brunch. Jay was so friendly and funny while we waited the first day and the food was delish. On day two, we went to another place on the Riverwalk, BAD IDEA!! Terrible guys and service. So we came back to Four Brothers and Magda was our amazing server, made sure everything was perfect, and the guys once again was 5⭐️. Highly recommend, and we’ll be back every time we’re in town from now on! Items we ate: chilaquiles, burrito, avocado toast, all American, dragon fruit parfait, and cinnamon roll.
