Absolutely best experience for fine dining in St. Pete. The food was DELICIOUS, the ambience is pleasing and perfect for a date night. The server was very friendly and attentive and I loved that when he spoke about Saki he knew exactly what he was talking about! Can’t wait to go back!

Wow what a treat. Was very happy we got a bar seat as we requested. David the bartender made some great drinks for us and our bottle of wine was terrific too. Since it was our first time we order multiple apps. One was better than the next. The steak tartare was out of this world; lijeky the best I have ever eaten. We had multiple different dumplings each terrific and cooked perfectly. We had the fried rice( so tasty )with beef and an order of their A5 steak. The steak was legit like butter. We will definitely be back. This place definitely lived up to its reviews. EXCELLENT.

Amazing new restaurants, loved the unique cocktails, amazing service, and top-notch food. Fried rice was a hit!

If you are a snob, want to be a snob or are ok with being treated like they are doing YOU a favor for letting you dine here, this is the place for you. The two girls/kids at the hostess stand we some of the see you next tuesday little snobs ive ever encountered. It seems I accidentally chose patio seating for my wifes 50th birthday, and we were all already very hot, when i asked what they can do, I was literally snubbed immediately, no “let me see what i can do”, no its “9pm only”. I want to elaborate more, but this place is a joke. Our server was nice and knowledgeable, and those two stars are for him. Cant give anymore from the lack of true service we received at the front. The food, was Chinese food. Nothing special. PF changs, same thing. Michelin worthy, I think not.

Not only is the food here absolutely incredible, the service we received was just as phenomenal. We cannot wait to go back! The cocktails were perfection. Our favorites were the black cod, the bluefin tuna, the pork belly bao buns and the fried rice with wagyu. You cannot go wrong with anything you order though…

From the server to the drinks and food, Fortu was perfect. The prefix menu was a great tasting experience!

We went for our Anniversary and were treated to glasses of champagne upon arrival. Were chose the prix fixe 4 course dinner for both of us and shared all the different dishes. The idea was to try a lot of their menu items. I think at $75 for 4 courses, there was value in the offering. Everything was prepared beautifully, served in a timely manner and was delicious. Each course was spaced apart well. The servers were attentive and polite. The cocktails we tried were also delicious. Their Macha gin concoction was divine, and the soy glazed miso black cod was the absolute best! We will definitely be back.

This was our 3rd time. Food was very good but the piped in music was too loud for any real conversation. We asked for the music to be turned down a bit but that did not happen. It wasn’t anywhere as relaxing as our previous experiences

To be honest I have never filled out a bad review in my life, but this would’ve been a great time aside from our server. I believe she was having a rough day and just didn’t care much about us. She spilt about 1/2 of my girlfriend’s drink some going on her and never apologized. I get it things happen, but that wasn’t a good look then she just set it down and was about to walk away and I just asked for another drink by chance. She obliged and still yet never apologized. Set the tone from there. The steak was good but I would compare it to a Texas Roadhouse steak just as tender (I love Texas Roadhouse) but for the price I just can’t see how it was worth $75. If it weren’t for the service I think I would’ve enjoyed it, but with that said. If I come back, I will not order anything but the shareable items.
