Fork is great for their fresh seasonal menu, handcrafted drinks and a great setting. The staff is always helpful and friendly and is my go to spot for birthdays, special occasions or just because!
We have eaten at Fork many times. One of the best restaurants in Boise. It seems to get better with new offerings and improved recipes. We celebrated our mother's 83 birthday there and had a splendid time. The service was excellent and waitor was very helpful. We shall continue to return.
3 generations of our family enjoyed a lovely birthday meal for my husband. Asparagus appetizer was delicious, and provided each of the 4 adults with 3-4 spears each. Bar drinks and wine were excellent. 2 ordered the beef short ribs, which they both enjoyed -- only negative was that the mashed potatoes were somewhat dry. The vegetarian loved her artichoke ravioli. Granddaughter wasn't wild about her kids' spaghetti and meatballs, instead concentrated on fruit salad. My petit filet was cooked to a perfect medium rare and bourbon-porcini-peppercorn sauce was excellent. Our server (Bekka?) was excellent.
Every staff member we encountered was friendly and efficient. Our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. As always, food was delicious.
Food was delicious! Service felt like it was amateur night.
Really enjoyed this. Would recommend to anyone visiting Boise. Was great. Amazing service
Ended up here as it was close to the AirB&B we were staying at. Nice surprise to find Teton Whiskey (better than WY whiskey!). Split the Brussels sprouts and half roasted whicken. Fast service. Very friendly wait staff. Will come back to try more of the menu next time we’re coming through Boise
Great food and good vibe - will come back again soon
Brought friends from out of town and it was good, but not as good as all of my previous visits. The service was great, food was OK.
This was my second time at Fork and, aside from the curious fly who kept buzzing by, it was utterly divine! I ordered the 8th Street Tacos, the Local Ale-Braised Short Ribs, and Razzmataz to drink, and I highly recommend all three. Delicious food, outstanding drinks, lovely service.
Whenever I go to Fork, it is simply too noisy for a normal conversation. maybe a bit of sound absorbing materials would help. Also my wife's chicken dinner had no green on it-not even a parsley sprig or garnish. Come on folks a plate with more color is nice.
We took friends visiting from out of town, who were surprised at how perfect everything turned out. From the atmosphere, the food, and the service, it couldn't have been better. Great wine recommendation from the server as well.
This is our 4th time eating here. Seems to be one of our regulars when we are visiting Boise. As usual the food was terrific. The service and timing of the meal was a bit less than stellar which is unusual. We will definitely go back and hopefully they will be back to their normal excellent service. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Best prime rib I’ve had in years. Ambiance was very hip yet not cold.
Our server was amazing! I think her name was Alissa? Great night celebrating a friends birthday. Spectacular food & drinks. Butter cake to die for.
Fork is always good (food, service, atmosphere), and have never not had fun there. Great location in the heart of downtown Boise.
We were visiting from out of state and our friends recommended The Fork. We were impressed. Good variety of food and cocktails. Service was excellent. Location was easily accessible to public parking downtown.
I was really looking forward to dining at a uniquely Boise restaurant and was gravely disappointed. There were flies all over the restaurant and the dish I ordered felt like I was eating one of the rotisserie chicken straight from Costco.
Fantastic staff took care of my date and I. Highly recommend!
Service was great and the food and cocktails were great!
Great service. Got seated right away and our server was great! Excellent good!
The food was amazing...as usual! I always love catching Sunday brunch here. Be sure to reserve a table as they are usually busy during this time.
My daughter and I went for dinner. The food is prepared perfectly. The steak melts in your mouth. The fish was cooked to perfection
Good overall. The wife had the prime rib and was a little tough.
The food was amazing! Everything was so fresh and delicious. It was so good I went back 2 days later. The butter cake is absolutely amazing! I will be back! Our server Zachary was wonderful and he had a great vibe! He knew the menu and offered some good suggestions. What a treat in downtown Boise!
The food was absolutely amazing! But it was so loud in there you couldn’t hear the person across the table from you. It was a little much.
The portions appear to have shrunk a bit, the prices are average, the service was good, and the food was good-above average. Our order included the trout which was good, their burger which was good, their BCS salad which was OK, and something else that I can't remember. The prices are OK, the flavor was really good on some and just average on others, and the service was good. Nice place.
We had a great outdoor patio table. Book nearly if you can they are first come first served. The weather was perfect. The service was terrific! I would recommend the trout adding sautéd mushrooms on top of the kale just as our server recommended! Delicious!
IT WAS HARD TO HAVE A CONVERSATION AS THE ACUSTICS AREN'T THE BEST AND THE MUSICI WAS TO LOUD
Our server's name was David and he was very courteous and funny. We have not had better service from another restaurant. The food is top-notch and Tastefully put together and is a masterpiece on a plate.
We had a great family dinner with an out-of-town guest. The food was fabulous as was the service. We will be back!
We’ve been to Fork many times in the last 4 years. The food, service, and atmosphere is outstanding!! We have never been disappointed with anything here.
Food was way over priced for the portions and the quality and flavor were not what was described in the menu. The server acted like she didn’t have time for us and Inconvenienved to have us in her section.
No fault of the restaurant, but it's VERY noisy when full of people on a weekend night. We had a hard time hearing our friends. The atmosphere is great. Also, great service and wonderful drinks/food, but if you wish to converse with your table mates, probably go elsewhere.
Went in specifically for their Tuesday only Chicken and Waffles - The waiter conveniently waited until after we had order a round of drinks to advise us that their fryers were broken and they didnt have any fried food for that day.
We had about 10 flys on our table to bad for anniversary date.
Just horrible service overall. I left early. Food Sucked
Great food! It was a Friday night so it was incredibly loud inside. But service was excellent. We will be back!
Exceptionally busy Friday night that was handled professionally by the staff. Food was fabulous. Drinks came quickly after requesting them and water glasses were never empty. We are always pleased with our dinners at Boise Fork. Highly recommend.
We love the food at Fork, but it always so noisy in there you can barely hear yourself think. If you want to have a confidential conversation, Fork is ideal because the noise level is so high you can't hear anything being said at adjoining tables.
