    We had several interesting dishes. The potato leek soup was the best. If they would use half as much dressing on the Caesar and cut way back on the salt in their batter (on the rock shrimp) it would have been 5 star.

    Had the petite filet with shoestring fries everything was cooked perfectly. Order the perfect chocolate cake, you won’t be disappointed. Service was excellent.

    Service was terrible, we waited nearly 10 minutes to be greeted by our server. The food was good, but bland, we added salt to all. Cocktails took a very long time to be delivered. We will not return.

    The food is fantastic. The presentation is beautiful and the chef is very creative with the ingredients. The waitstaff is also very friend. We have been there two times and will keep coming back for more.

    Our table was not ready at the time of our reservation. It took 45 to take our order. Items were sold out. The food took another hour to come to the table with two meals coming about 15 minutes later than the rest. The acoustics are terrible in the lower room making conversation almost impossible.

    They were over-booked. We had a table in the sun. We tried to move it out of the sun, but it was uncomfortable. Table was not set. Service was very slow. Food was disappointing. Fried green tomatoes were too salty and too heavily battered compared with fried green tomatoes I’ve eaten at FGF in the past. Shrimp reduced to three rather than four.

    Our waitress was excellent. The drinks took way too long to get. We had to ask hostess for assistance. Our salads took awhile although the restaurant was not full. BEWARE: They add a 3% charge for using a credit card without telling you. We did not look at the menus as we knew what we wanted. I will not be back to eat inside. The noise level just too high.

    I was so disappointed with this restaurant. It wasn’t crowded yet the service was awful. It was bizarre in there. Only 4 tables and we waited an hour for our food. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

    Lovely experience for dinner at FGF. Nice ambiance, great assortment of menu choices and nice wine list. Hubs and I shared two small plates scallops with bacon and buffalo fried oysters - oysters were a smidge overcooked but still good. He had the grouper - amazing! I had FGF salad and potato leek soup with lump crab. All delish! Key lime pound cake for dessert! Will definitely be back!

    The service was awful. The food came out at different times. My grits were congealed and fish was cold. My kids burgers came out wrong and then when sent back they were bloody raw. The manager on duty was unapologetic.

    Our son attended FSU and we have been coming for years for games, weekends, etc., but had never visited FGF. Glad we found it and will definitely be back. Great mix of choices from small plates to salads to main courses. Desserts were epic. All around fantastic dining experience.

    My wife had the snapper and it was a little overcooked. Tasted ok but didn’t flake like you would expect fish to do. Rest of meal was good but I had very high expectations. All in all a nice evening but didn’t knock my socks off.

    I have been going to food glorious food for at least 30 years plus. it has always been my favorite! It it was a game day weekend, and I made reservations in advance. It didn't matter – – we were seated against a wall and crammed in uncomfortably. Our waiter did not pay any attention to us, brought the wrong food, and said "oh well, you'll like this, anyway.(!) the food was cold,  the grits were congealed, he charged me for the wrong food that I did not order, and it took him 20 minutes to bring our check after we had to ask for it after already being ignored for 20 minutes.  It was the supreme let down.

    The Brussels sprouts were aMAZing! And the tuna was the best dish I’ve had in a long time. The flourless chocolate cake was the perfect end to a perfect meal! Thank you FGF❤️

    The menu was was varied but well conceived. The quality of the food was excellent. It was clear the kitchen staff were well trained as well as creative. Our service staff were prompt and delightful. Look forward to dining at Food Glorious Food again and again.

    The food & service were superb. The server kept my water glass full without me asking (she must have thought I was a camel!) My only complaint is the noise level in the inside dining area. There was a good crowd the time we were there, that was enjoying themselves. So much so that my friend & I had to practicality scream to converse. I've noticed this at other times. Can anything be done about the acoustics? Otherwise I love this place.

    Once seated we sat for about 15 mins before I went to the hostess station and asked if there was a server for the section where we were sitting. The server returned and gave a lengthy explanation that she forgot to tell a server we had been seated, explained that they don’t used section (I could have cared less), we had to ask for a drink menu and proceeded to wait some more. The food was fabulous as always, a perfectly rested filet, salmon was best ever, leak soup with crab outstanding. With 7:15 reservation, we didn’t get out until 9:30. We weren’t rushed but the disorganization at the start was a shame, especially since the restaurant was not full. We’ve eaten at FGF several times and service has always been good, hopefully last evening was a fluke.

    I really wish that our experience at FGF was a good one, but our experience was quite the opposite. We had reservations for 7:30, we arrived 7:30 on the dot and were seated. While waiting for a waiter to come to our table, we noticed that everyone around us were being waited on, and no even came to our table to greet us or give us water. So I walked up to the host station and alerted him of our situation, he said there was a miscommunication and he himself went and grabbed us water, which was very nice of him. He said that someone would be with us shortly. Me and my girlfriend became very upset, not at the fact that our waiter was taking longer than usual to get to our table, but at the fact that we were the only black people in the restaurant, besides the people behind the counter cooking the food. This made us feel awkward and embarrassed, especially since there were others being waited on who arrived several minutes after us. We decided to end our night early at FGF and find another place to spend our night out, which lead to a wild goose chase around the city to find a place that would seat us. FGF used to be one of our favorite restaurants but I must say we will never come back.
