   Brought my friend here to celebrate a promotion! The drinks and market bar were delightful. The crab cake was wonderful. We liked the chicken cuts more than the sirloin but the ribeye was delicious! Dessert was wonderful and I’ll definitely be going back for some of the cuts we missed and to try the other desserts.

   We sat on time. At first the waiter was great but then the end of our meal ready to pay we waited for so long for them to asked us for our bill and our dessert. And my concern is one of the supervisor (with a tattoo on her chest) was I felt was so disrespectful. She only asked my partner how was everything. Didn't even acknowledge me. I left it alone. But she came and stop by many times and still didn't acknowledge me. Was she flirting with my partner? I watched her going to other table with couples and she asked the lady first before the husband. Only went there once. That made me really uncomfortable. She needs to change her ways like that on how to approach people specially when if it's a couple. Acknowledge the wife too. Not only the husband. Fogo de Chao is one of our favorite restaurant. We always go to Jacksonville FL. It was perfect and no issues like this. And this experience in VA was very sad. We was so excited.

   An overall excellent experience! We were eagerly awaiting the opening of Fogo VB and this visit did not disappoint. From the short wait time, to the friendly greeting, service with a smile, excellent selection of incredibly fresh and flavorful beef, chicken and pork to the array of vibrant and fresh, salads, cheeses, greens, on the charcuterie style salad bar! Our meal was incredible from start to finish. Was expecting some minor hiccups due to it being the Grand Opening day, but there was not a single issue. Will definitely enjoy many future experiences at Fogo for sure! Welcome to our VB community Fogo:)

   The service was so good! It is rare but the team and leaders really did a great job. No one walked by a dirty plate on your table and all were truly engaging. Our server, Emily was GREAT! Food was as expected…..delicious! They gave Veterans extra special treatment…..on our dessert bag our server Emily, wrote “Thank U for your Service “. My husband loved it. Great job!
