    Everything was great! Quality of the meats, the salad bar, drinks, service, cleanliness, etc. we cannot wait to return and enjoy an amazing meal. Our only complaint was how strong was the AC. We were fine with the temperature of the restaurant, however the air blowing so strong and high made our food feel cold too fast. I recommend to bring a light jacket or sweater and to request a table (if available) not under one of the AC fans.

    I went May 28th for my sister's birthday dinner party service & food was amazing. I took my husband last night June 21st for dinner service was horrible. The food was not flowing and they forgot our drinks and I don't know where our servers was. I will not be back

    Birthday dinner for my boyfriend went well. He really enjoyed himself. He really enjoyed the meat selections and we ABSOLUTELY loved the crème brûlée cheesecake. I had the tres leches cake, it was Delicious!

    Loud environment. Food was great but very little room to maneuver around tables and salad bar area. Waiter was nice but had difficulty communicating with him due to noise. Didn’t process rewards program and wasn’t willing to correct after he took the check. For the cost the experience should be more customer focused.

    Our Servers were amazing. The atmosphere is nostalgic and amazing. Definitely do the Full Experience atleast once.

    Very disappointed in our first experience. We were sat a few feet from the front door and got more attention from the crowded waiting area than the restaurant staff. Drinks only got filled when we asked and we saw meats pass our table more than a dozen times while we waited (green card up, nothing on plates). The food we did eat was overdone and not very tasty. The bill came and we were overcharged. Even after we asked them to fix it, it was still incorrect but we waited 12-19 minutes between seeing someone to help, it wasn’t worth the $30 mistake. Entire experience was poor. We’ve been to many Brazilian restaurants, and eat out several times a week. This was definitely not even a standard experience and not worth what we paid. Oh, the pineapple was good.

    Wonderful food, atmosphere. You can tell it’s a new restaurant as the bugs are still getting worked out. Confusion on who our server was. Meat skewers were plentiful although we did have to ask for the better cuts (Ie Filet, Pichana, Ribeye) Also had to have the bill corrected as the kids were initially charged full price. At these prices for a meal attention to detail is everything. The food itself will bring us back in the hopes the service will improve over time.

    Super disappointed in the experience tonight. I recognize this is a newer restaurant but it’s a shame to be super hyped to visit and be let down. We were seated promptly for our 7:45 reservation and the hostess was polite and helpful. Our server was very inattentive so much that it felt like we were inconveniencing her by asking for a refill. At one point the server asked if we needed anything and we asked for a refill and she never brought it back. In the two hours we were there we never were offered any chicken, pork or lamb. Only different cuts of beef. At one point during our dining experience someone brought bread/rolls over and one fell out on the tray and the girl picked it up with her bare hand and tossed it back in the bowl and then placed the bowl on the table. The experience really missed the mark.
