   The restaurant was beautiful . The service was absolutely horrible . Our waitress Jasmine ?? was slow and never checked on us . We had sparkling water and she put tap water into our glasses . We had 6pm reservations . My daughter did not get her meal till 6:50pm . Only because I had to hunt every human available . We finally got some service with meats. They would service the table behind us and walk away from our table. It was my son bday which I noted on reservation but he did not receive brownie with candle . We got our sparkling water after we asked for the check. we were so disappointed we didn’t bother with dessert. Need better service

   Was very difficult to get food service at our table. It was so bad the on duty manager commented that he “wasn’t seeing much of any meat on our plates.” We replied with, “either are we.” We were then offered chicken most of the night and top sirloin about 15x after asking for steak. We only saw a very slim offering of meats the entire visit. Unfortunately, we will never return to this location and it leaves us discussing the restaurants decline in market. Sorry Fogo, you lost a long standing customer. Left restaurant disappointed and hungry.

   We love Rodizio as a family so of course we had to try a new restaurant. Food was great. Service was a little slow. My husband ordered an old fashioned before our main meal and only received it at the end of the meal. The waitress kept saying it's on its way only to find out it was served to a different table. We ordered french fries for our son and came towards the end of his meal. We also requested an espresso and never received it. It was on my bill and I was very annoyed for how long I had to wait so the tip I left was less than I intended.

   Always good to eat at Fogo. Service cold be a little better. Also we were sat close to the service station and we were listing some servers complain about patrons no tipping accordingly and some servers bumped to us couple times.

   Outstanding!!!! I took my administrative team to lunch today and the service, food quality and aesthetics were outstanding.

   I was underwhelmed. The buffet was not replenished while we were there…nothing to chose from because most of the platters were empty. They ran out of waffles at 12:45 for brunch 🤔. Had to ask for the meats that I wanted…they came around sparenly with meats…and what ever happened to the short ribs that they used to offer? One of the servers told me that they stopped serving pork, then proceeded a little while later to offer pork rolled in Parmesan cheese. For the $68 I spent for the food not to include drinks and deserts, I was extremely not satisfied and will not be back

   We had a wonderful time dining at Fogo de Chão. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and welcoming, with the familiar upscale churrascaria feel that makes you excited for the experience ahead. Our server, Aubrey, was truly the highlight of the afternoon. She was absolutely amazing—attentive without being overbearing, lively, and incredibly informative. She explained the menu and dining process clearly and with a great spirit. Her energy was contagious, and she seemed genuinely happy to be there, which added a positive and personal touch to our meal. The food was delicious, especially the variety of meats that came around consistently. The salad bar was fresh and well-stocked, and the sides complemented the meal nicely. Overall, the quality of the food and service made for a memorable meal. We’ll definitely be back—and we’ll be asking for Aubrey.

    Been going to Fogo for almost 26 years but this is my first negative review. We met our server Josh initially, didn’t get a friendly vibe, he seemed very busy. We ordered drinks from the bar and the additional lobster tail to accompany our meal. We tried to hunt down Josh, but it seemed he forgot about us Our drinks arrived at the end of our meal and the lobster never arrived. The most painful part was trying to get our bill. We never saw Josh after the first and second stops. We had to flag other servers/busboys/manager, btw, they were great. The drinks delay was not Josh’s fault but it added to our frustration to the experience. I did leave a generous tip because the other people we flagged down were friendly, courteous, and helpful. It’s a shame I was introducing and bragging how great my experience with Fogo is to my guest, and our overall experience wasn’t great at all.
