horrible one , barely any service i had to call a different waiter every time. Utensils and glasses weren’t clean , requested a change then another ine when i saw something moving in my water. Food part wasn’t as great i requested specific type and cooking for meat we had to wait entire two hours and at the end got bored and we left very unsatisfied to pay that much

I'm happy to be able to dine at the Wharf Fogo de Chao. We had been anticipating the opening and finally made it there. The dining experience was very enjoyable and somewhat business for a Friday evening. Depending on your time, I think dining during the earlier parts of the week may be more enjoyable with less traffic than on the weekends. I actually prefer a quite dining experience over a business place. As with any new opening, some kinks need to work themselves out, overall nothing to complain about from the experience. I look forward to dining with them again.

I ordered a burger medium well. It took 30 minutes to come out medium rare with blood soaking the bun and dripping everywhere. It took another 20 minutes for the replacement. I told them time was of the essence. I suggested that instead of redoing the burger, they just should allow me to eat off the market table. That idea was declined. The person next to me never got their food until they asked for the check and asked for the item to be removed. The bar area also had several dirty dishes stacking up. After three bartenders walked by, I finally asked someone to remove them. They looked offended.

The server left her shift in the middle of us asking for our check, it’s took another 30 minutes for use to receive help getting the bill. Then four people came with different bills and different amounts. It was very chaotic. I give it a 4/10

Great concept with the all you can eat meats and salad/antipasta bar. Food was fresh and tasted really good. Servers do an amazing job managing the flow and attending to your needs when you need a drink or a plate change out, or even more fried bananas (delicious!) Downside- this place was packed from the minute we walked in until we left. Like 200-300 people just stuffing their faces like a bunch of cattle on a feed lot. Was too much commotion for a nice ambience for dinner conversation. My social anxiety was elevated because of the activity level. Took away from the experience. Just be forewarned if you want a more quaint, quiet dinner vibe.

The wharf location of Fogo is great! the service is AMAZING! 10/10 honestly everyone was so ready to help and ask if you need something! Super energetic and wonderful staff. We love coming to Fogo and go regularly to the Penn Quarter location, but this was a step up! Can't wait to go back!
