Went here for my Wife's Birthday. She was not happy with it at all. The Garlic Steak we had was all fatty. When we got there our server forgot to give us the Cards at our table. We felt very rushed by our server while we were eating. One of the men bringing around the meat, dropped a piece of Steak on my Wife and completely ruined her dress. I asked for another Stella that never made it to the table. Just overall a very poor experience. Texas De Brazil & Chama Gaúcha Brazilian Steakhouse are 100 times better.

Exquisite, posh and costs $75+ per person; I wishing say too expensive, and I wouldn’t say cheap either, but what I’ll say is you gotta experience it! It’s a 9.5/10 for me.

They seemed extremely understaffed. It took over 35minutes from the time we sat down to get our first drink for a group of 5. The restaurant was not full at the time and they forgot to bring one of the drinks which then took an additional 10minutes. They did not bring clean plates, we would go get them from the salad bar area. They rarely came around into clear inks plates. The rotation of food brought to the table was very very slow between options and seemed to be th same 4 or 5 things though they said they 14 meats. When we wanted another drink, we went to the bar to order one ourselves. It was hard to find someone to even refill our water.

We were pleasantly greeted when we arrived for our lunch reservation. The service model was well explained as a shared endeavor amongst the service staff. They were all very attentive to our needs and requests. There was a good variety of churassco style meats and they were well prepared.

This location is new, and the side food doesn’t compare to other locations very minimal options, service was a bit slow with cocktails and side items being ordered. Waiters were friendly and knowledgeable with menu items. The best meat in opinion was the lamb chops, well seasoned & cooked, others were lacking flavor. Location is great and close to me, however I may just continue to visit the Rosemont location for more side bar options..

They still haven't figured out how to handle service if someone orders from the menu and not their experience. Getting another drink was damn near impossible.

Everything was great, server Tess and Chris were very helpful..The disappointment of the night was lamb chop, we have asked several times with our servers and others. When it finally came wasn’t cooked right. We had the lamb chops before here, so was quite disappointed

Overall good, but it’s obvious this place just opened. There are too many people waiting on each table (we had FOUR servers not counting the “meat runners” that come to the table). We were there celebrating my fiancé’s birthday. We each ordered 1 drink, a different server came by and told us that one of the drinks was not available, so we picked something else. Less than a minute later a different (3rd) server came and dropped off the drink that we were told “wasn’t available” (yet here the drink was now being put on our table). Poor communication with the wait staff. Would be better if only 1 server was assigned to the table. Food was good and plentiful. The buffet area was far more cramped than some other locations (we usually go to Oakbrook location), but the food was on par with other locations. Atmosphere was, again, good not great. The restaurant was pretty but the tables were so close together that we know the entire life story of the 2 tables next to us (the table to our right was a first date; the boy wouldn’t stop talking about golf and the girl was bored, and the table to our left was in a hurry to get to the airport; they were going to Philadelphia). So…made it hard to have a romantic dinner when it wasn’t private. Overall good experience, and my fiancé loved his birthday dinner, so that’s really all that matters.
