Extremely disappointed! We had reservations at 6:30 party of 4. Few people wanted the cucumber smash cocktail after returning. I was told they were out, switched to ice tea server, and returned that they were out of tea for the evening, seriously! The server kept PUSHING to upsell the Indulgence menu.The majority of the meat was served raw and had to be further cooked to medium rare. I asked several times for different types of beat to be brought to our table it was ridiculous. I wanted to leave and go to Texas de Brazil in Woodfield Mall. $400 DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT! The quality of meat was on the extreme low-end fatty and lots of gristle, salad bar no class no shrimp, tomato soup, no lobster bisque. Lesson learned! Never again

My husband and I were celebrating our 9th wedding anniversary. What a wonderful new place with such a gorgeous inside!!!! Everyone was so polite and Jerad is a doll!!! He is wonderful to talk to. We used to go to Texas de Brazil for our anniversary but Fogo de Chao is now our new anniversary restaurant ❤️.

The staff were friendly, but overall the experience was disappointing. The pão de queijo was dry and not fresh. Several items were missing from the buffet, and the feijoada was dry—just beans, with no real substance. As for the meat, the quality was poor. We were repeatedly offered pork and secondary cuts, and had to specifically request better options like picanha and lamb to finally receive them. To make matters worse, about 30 minutes into our meal, someone brought us the bill without us asking for it and thanked us—as if we had requested to leave. I had brought friends expecting a quality dining experience, but unfortunately I ended up having to apologize for it.

Booked this restaurant for our wedding anniversary, and Fogo de Chao did NOT even acknowledge this or made our celebration special . It was very disappointing!! We are not going to this restaurant , in this location, ever to celebrate special occasions. Texas de Brazil and Capital Grille provided much better services and provided personalized , outstanding service. Moreover, where do you see a fine dining experience that the staff scrubs and cleans out the carpeting while we were dining? It's so ridiculous!! This branch in Schaumburg needed more training on how to serve their customers best.

We enjoyed the servers Kelcey and MaKayla. They need a raise. Haha. They were beyond sweet and helpful. The food was amazing and soo much too eat. Junior came around many times with excellent meats. Soo sweet too. My second time back in schaumburg I can’t wait to go back.
