I went to The Prisoner Wine Dinner event and the food was great. They had a four course dinner with dessert. The servers and the presentation was great. Will be back for another event.

If you’re wondering if this place is a gimmick- wonder no more. Mediocre is a kind description. Go to a high end restaurant instead.

Waited on drink refills several times, asked for straw twice before getting one, asked for a1 and waited awhile before it came out. Meats didn’t come very frequently. Wasn’t terribly impressed with this place.

The food was overcooked so much so you couldn’t even chew it. The roof started leaking all over our table and into our food.they knew it was an issue during rain storms but continued to seat people in the spots where the roof was leaking

I don't even know where to begin. I'm Brazilian and I've been living in the United States for over 20 years. In Brazil, I grew up going to Fogo de Chão, and when I lived in Florida, I would always go to their restaurants. So when I moved to Virginia and found out that they were going to open a branch in Richmond, I was super happy. Today, Father's Day, I decided to take my husband to celebrate his day. We drove over an hour and unfortunately it was the worst choice I made. The salad bar was empty or had run out of items, the buffet with hot items left a lot to be desired, and the meats, I don't even know what to say, there was no variety and in order to try what we wanted, like the picanha, we had to beg. The only thing that didn't disappoint me was the caipirinha. I don't know if it's because it's Sunday and Father's Day, but I don't know if I'll go back to get a second opinion. 😞

We had a wonderful Fathers Day there! Our food was good and our server was very nice. The only criticism I have is that the experience was not worth the price. I have been to excellent Brazilian steakhouses that were far less expensive with great food.

Terrible. Had to beg for food the whole time and still didn't get enough. Go to Texas De Brazil. 60$ plus per person, party of 8, automatic 18% gratuity for poor service, little food and a huge 700 usd bill. F off Fogo de Ripoff.

Host/ Service not recommended. Food was delicious and they were very attentive in cutting the meats and come back for more. We reserved with a Birthday Celebration. Table was not set up special and in the middle of the room. Requested window table and was told the station is closed. Extremely unfriendly and unease to make prompt decisions.
