Terrible. Had to beg for food the whole time and still didn't get enough. Go to Texas De Brazil. 60$ plus per person, party of 8, automatic 18% gratuity for poor service, little food and a huge 700 usd bill. F off Fogo de Ripoff.

Host/ Service not recommended. Food was delicious and they were very attentive in cutting the meats and come back for more. We reserved with a Birthday Celebration. Table was not set up special and in the middle of the room. Requested window table and was told the station is closed. Extremely unfriendly and unease to make prompt decisions.

Subject: Thank You for a Wonderful Experience at Fogo de Chão Dear Management: I just wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for the wonderful experience we had at Fogo de Chão. Our waitress was very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The drink bar was a delightful addition, and we truly indulged in everything the restaurant offered. From the steak and lamb to the chicken, Wagyu steak, crab cakes, lobster, and the salad bar, everything was exceptional. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing a plate with "Happy Birthday" written on it, complete with a candle. The staff singing to our birthday participants made the occasion even more special. Thank you for making our celebration memorable. We look forward to visiting again! Reserved a table for our anniversary. We were seated by the one of the loudest tables next to us and the path that the wait staff uses as a cut through. My chair was getting bumped all night and it was pulled in. Ordered our drinks, the waitstaff asked the other tables around us what they were celebrating. Took almost 15 minutes and two different wait staff to ask us if we were waiting on anything. Finally got our drinks after 20 minutes. Sides came out ( mashed potatoes, plantains and polenta) all cold. We also ordered bottled water, as we were waiting for the dessert, wait staff refilled water glass with tap water.
