   We had to wait for a table 30 minutes for a 3:00 pm reservation. The MOD did offer us each a glass of wine for the wait. Unfortunately; we were there to celebrate two birthdays in our party that was provided when the reservation was made and no one mentioned it or wished us a happy much less make any fuss. We will not return for a special occasion for any other reason yes but perhaps at the Gables location on Ponce de Leon. Just to busy and loud and we love music but the cavernous room everyone was trying to speak over the music. We left disappointed overall.

   I made a reservation for 2:15 and was told they over booked. I waited an extra hour to be seated. I got a table at 3:15pm because I kept going up to the manager otherwise I would have waited longer. They said open table doesn’t know when they are booked. Terrible!

   We were seated 20 minutes after our reservation time. Server was terrible. Ordering a drink was a mission. Safe to say we won’t be back.

   Service was very disappointing. We were seated and that was about all the service we got. Had to call several times a waiter or other employee to come by our table. I was aware it was a pricey restaurant, but definetly not worth the money when what you mostly get is the salad bar because for periods of time the cuts too long to come. Not even the traditional pan de queso was pit on our table. Taste of the meat was just average. Don’t even bother with the filet mignon, as it was completely flavorless and had more of an old refrigerated meat taste.

   Food was good. Waited 15 minutes before waiter came to table and 40 minutes for drinks to be served.

   5/2/25 Reservations was for 8pm. Was seated 40min later. Sat on a park bench outside with my 2year old child the entire time. The host explained that this wait time after a reservation is normal. No apologies.. The meal (meat) was brought 24 min after we asked the waitress. The buffet was cold by that time. Over $800.00 meal for 3. Left insulted… First time in 57 years writing a negative review on any restaurant….

   Maybe it was that the restaurant is fairly new, or we were seated in the bar area or that we were there early but it felt like we were not getting served with a lot of frequency. Good quality I found was a little better at the Ponce location. All of that said, staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Will definitely go back in a little while once the bugs have been figured out (hopefully)

   Service was awful. Our waitress disappeared without notification. Tap was incorrectly charged needed to be modified. Variety of meats for dinner wasn’t according to dinner price for the “whole experience “. Definitely we won’t choose this location again.
