   Food was good. Waited 15 minutes before waiter came to table and 40 minutes for drinks to be served.

   5/2/25 Reservations was for 8pm. Was seated 40min later. Sat on a park bench outside with my 2year old child the entire time. The host explained that this wait time after a reservation is normal. No apologies.. The meal (meat) was brought 24 min after we asked the waitress. The buffet was cold by that time. Over $800.00 meal for 3. Left insulted… First time in 57 years writing a negative review on any restaurant….

   Maybe it was that the restaurant is fairly new, or we were seated in the bar area or that we were there early but it felt like we were not getting served with a lot of frequency. Good quality I found was a little better at the Ponce location. All of that said, staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Will definitely go back in a little while once the bugs have been figured out (hopefully)

   Service was awful. Our waitress disappeared without notification. Tap was incorrectly charged needed to be modified. Variety of meats for dinner wasn’t according to dinner price for the “whole experience “. Definitely we won’t choose this location again.

   So we returned to this location for dinner. We had made reservations, but when we arrived they sat us in the bar area. I told the hostess I did not want to sit here but she said she did not have any other tables. Then why give reservation?? As for the food the meat this time around the meat was extremely salty, not tender or tasty. Unfortunately, we had the same waitress as last time and she was as terrible as last time. Thankfully there were others that helped with refilling water hglasses and new plates. It was extremely loud but that’s where we were seated and had to go through the front to get to salad bar. Overall terrible experience.

   We had an amazing dinner — absolutely worth the value. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Both the servers and runners were truly on top of their game. We genuinely felt like we were being hosted, and I believe that feeling is the true definition of luxury these days. The only area for improvement could be the first impression at the hosting desk, which felt a bit chaotic. That said, this minor detail did not take away from our wonderful five-star experience at the venue, and I’m confident they will address it soon. Thank you again for such a memorable evening!

   Great food and impeccable service, it is always a pleasure to dine at Fogo de Chao. Excellent drinks and the list of wines is extensive and well chosen. We highly recommend it.

   This was our third meal here with friends. Decor is lovely and it is so lacking here in Pinecrest. Feels very Miami sophisticate. BUT. There it ends. 1) The wait staff, while pleasant, are incredibly disorganized and don’t seem to get better. Waits for drinks and bills are eternal. Other errors abound. 2) Open Table shows a low value for a meal. Not so. Maybe if you order bar food? The salad bar is $39 alone and the meat experience around $89. 3) The meats on our last visit were flavorless and the amount of meat that gets left at every table is hopefully feeding the city’s animal shelters because it’s almost appalling. Fogo…Train the staff. Improve the meat quality and find a charity if you don’t have one so all that massive food waste makes sense.

    picanya burger appears to be getting smaller and less tasty. happy hour beef ribs were okay.
