we visited this new location and made reservations however we were seated at a table by the bar. Our waiter provided good service but we did not experience the meat rodizzio service good at all. We had to constantly request meats at our table. We had never experienced this previously. Will make sure not to sit by bar again

I went for dinner for my son 21st birthday. We left very happy and satisfied. Food was amazing. Our server Michael was excellent. He explained all the options in the menu and was very attentive and helpful all night. I forgot the name of the hostess, black long hair, but she was very nice, helpful and even though we had reservation she sat us very fast and she even came to our table just to see if everything was ok. Will recommend it to friends and family 100%.

I'm honestly not sure how this place has such high ratings. When we arrived, it felt unusually empty, I assumed it was just because of the Memorial Day. Things got off to a terrible start with a waiter who was beyond rude. I was ready to walk out, but the manager came over. I told him straight up: if we don't receive a different server, we're leaving. Tbh I really wish we had just left. The manager seemed to laugh it off, but to me, it felt like he was laughing because he knew that older gentleman had no business serving tables. Thankfully, we were assigned a new waiter who completely turned the experience around. He was excellent and made the rest of our visit much more pleasant. As for the food, it was mid at best. Will I ever return? Absolutely not. To top it off, the ceiling was leaking directly onto our table. The manager was well aware of it but clearly did not care. Honestly, the health department should be notified.

our reservation was set for 2:30 but no one had checked us in by 2:55. The hostess was incredibly rude and ignored various people waiting at the entrance. She purposely avoided coming to the front and did not advise anyone of the extreme delay or wait times. I asked to speak to a manager alone with various other customers but he did not care or attempt to provide any information or accommodate anyone. He was also incredibly rude and dismissive. Neither the hostess or manager apologized or showed any care or concern. We were never seated and left.

Food, ambiance and quality were 4 stars. Service was less than desirable given the price. We had to ask for water, dessert, meat and extras all evening. If staffing is an issue, customers need to be compensated or not made aware.
