   At arrival, the hostess was nice & we were seated right away. The service was a little slower than expected for a Monday night, but the staff was friendly. The salad bar was clean, fresh, and the food was tasty - Romain lettuce, croutons, Caesar dressing, Brazilian chicken salad, Brazilian elote. The cocktails were great. I was expecting a bigger assortment of meat for the price - chicken options are limited to 3 and we had to wait a long time to receive them. The only seafood options are crab cake or lobster & you only get 1 as an accomplishment to the meat service. Overall, it's a nice date spot, but it's truly a place for beef eaters to receive a good value for high-end cuts of meat. Also, the best thing I had was the grilled cheese square with honey - absolutely amazing.

   Wanted to love it as i have majority of other ones but the server barely greeted us 2 times and were more focused on other tables, other people had to help us and we had to call them all the time and would take forever. A gentleman was the one that helped us with everything we needed but then he got busy as well as we weren’t his table and then took the longest to get people’s attention again. The meat servers were amazing and the managers too but my server M made the situation very uncomfortable

   Words cannot describe my experience at the new Fogo De Chao location in Katy, Texas! I’m still in “AWE” of the total kaleidoscope of events. Everything went off as smooth as a “well-oiled sewing machine”! The #1 topic of conversation at our family roundtable. Can’t wait to return….SOON! Thank you FDC🫶🏽

   I was there at the opening day and again today, This is exactly what Katy needed, excellent location, elegant ambient, good food, and very friendly and welcoming associates. I'll be coming back every time I can.
