Always enjoy Fogo, however on this visit was constantly waiting for food. Special requests for specific selections took up to 55 minutes to receive, even though request was made to three different servers. Granted this is a new opening for the restaurant still some timing issues to resolve.

We attended the Prisoner Wine dinner . Maria was a wonderful server. We had the best time and each course paired so well with the wine. The food was creative. We were delighted by the polenta salmon croutons on the Caesar salad. The sea bass was buttery and perfect. The waygu porterhouse, pichana and lamb pichana were outstanding. We very much want to go to the next one.

Normally don’t leave a review. Visited the original location on Westheimer many times over the years and always had a great experience. Tried to celebrate our anniversary at the new location in Katy. The best part about the food was the salad bar. The meat was horrible. The service was severely lacking. Head server was nowhere to be seeing the entire night. The music was great. The atmosphere was great so maybe the kitchen and the wait staff were just having an off night. We were taking care of by one of the secondary servers who spent quite a lot of time trying to make up for the whole experience and she was great. Probably will give this another shot sometime in the future if they keep this location open.

Great ambiance and outstanding service! Delicious drinks too! Our waitress was frequently checking to see if we needed anything, which was a plus! Great selection of meat, but the reason why I rated a 4-star is because the meat was slightly not seasoned enough for my taste, but that’s probably just a personal preference/opinion. Overall, great experience and the service itself is definitely 5 star! I do recommend.

Salad bar was the first disappointment, followed by the quality and quantity of meat served Dry, salty and over cooked Service was non-existing Very disappointed and will definitely will not return again to any of their locations.

The food was good for Fogo, but the experience was underwhelming. It was kind of all over the place. I’m not sure if our waiter was new, but we had to repeatedly ask for the same things, service was kind of slow when it came to bringing drinks and side dishes. When we asked questions about the menu we got mixed answers. Idk compared to other locations, this one just had a lot going on.

Great food, great place in Katy, however they do not have enough servers to get the cooked meats to you. We would have to sometimes wait 10m for someone to come by.

Food is great but service no the best, we had to request twice our lemonades, we had to request the sides and we were already eating , they brought the sauces for the meat when we were already finished
