I was very unhappy this past time. My family eats the charasco and I eat the salad bar and I just feel like for the value there was hardly anything for me to eat on there. I ate the chicken salad and a lot of fruit. The food looked like it was sitting out for hours and not changed. The bacon was sitting in congealed butter. I did order the lobster tail enhancement and it was undercooked and tasteless. For that price they should offer more to eat on the salad bar. Also it was freezing in the restaurant, it’s June. I had to put my coat on. It was cold outside too. I’m usually not a complainer but I was not happy especially when I’m spending that kind of money. We eat there about 4 x a year and this time it was not good. The staff however was very sweet but there were a lot of things we had to ask for that are usually given when you sit down.

We love Fogo in Huntington but the restaurant was nearly empty at lunchtime on a Monday but the service was really lacking. Although the manager, waitress and gaucho were very friendly and polite, they were nowhere to be found when looking to get AND pay the bill. My friend was disappointed that no matter how many time the gaucho returned the meat was not cooked properly. It was black and blue, not rare. Oh well, still a great place!

Worst service ever. Waitress barely checked up on us and never refilled our waters. The table next to us waters were always refilled, they were given cheese bread (we had to ask FIVE TIMES and only received it at the end of our meal when we were about to pay), and they were asked which meats they wanted- but we were skipped over for meats for almost 30 minutes where we basically lost our appetites. Food was mediocre. Every time we asked for cheese bread, we kept being ignored while we saw fresh ones being served to tables near us. Horrible.

As it was Father's Day, the restaurant was full and I am happy I made a reservation because the ones without had to wait. I was sitter within 5 minutes, though. The food was good and the service excellent. Even though they had a lot of people waiting, we never felt rushed. We enjoyed the meal and the ambiance.

The staff were robots, no personality and did not speak good English. The food either came in a hurry or we waited long. The menu was incredibly overpriced and the food was as salty as could be. Would never go again!

Fogo is my BF favorite restaurant and we went again last night. It NEVER disappoints! The food was fantastic and the staff was so helpful! I didn’t get the names of our 3 waitresses, but they are AWESOME! We will definitely be back again.

Honestly it was very expensive and the food wasn’t great. The waiter couldn’t explain what type of beef it was. But it seemed like prime rib. Service was very spotty even though it wasn’t crowded. A very meh excuse. 111+ tip for only one dinner option and no alcohol for two people.
