   Service was a team effort, food was delish. Everything we chose off the menu was fresh, cooked to perfection and flavorful. The Tomahawk, seafood tower and Oscar Asparagus was delightful. Thank you to all who worked Mothers Day we Truelly felt special. The heart balloon arch was appreciated as a photo op for the mothers to take pictures with their families and kids! 5 star we will be back again!

   Wow, what an awesome experience! Came here with friends for the Bar Fogo Bourbon and Dry Aged pairing event, and it couldn’t have been a better experience! The entire setup was wonderful and the service as excellent! Matheus was outstanding and his personality really shined through. He (along with the rest of the staff) made sure that my party and I have everything that we needed. Matheus even helped us decide on which bourbons to pair with the meats which was great as none of us are hardcore bourbon whiskey drinkers. The food was exceptional! The table favorites were the dry aged tomahawk, bacon wrapped chicken, and the Brazilian cheese and honey. They came to our table several times to make sure that we got a change to have seconds and thirds. Also have to mention that the appetizer setup was so pretty! They had a beautiful charcuterie board with several other appetizers on display for everyone to try. Such a wonderful event! I will definitely be attending more in the future! A huge thank you to the Fogo Emeryville staff for putting on such a fabulous event last night! Thanks again! :)

   Really bad service in comparison to all other Fogo de Chao’s we’ve been to. From extreme delays in getting seated to receiving food and drinks, not so many meat options, error on the check, and even forgetting the birthday candle though it was spoken of the celebration multiple times- we won’t be going here again.

   Had a great time celebrating birthday. There was a slight hiccup but the entire staff and George were quick to make it right. JP was our waiter and he was phenomenal too! Thanks to everyone

   My fiancé and I visited Fogo de Chão in Emeryville excited to try their "Best of Brazil" special. While some aspects of the meal were enjoyable -- particularly the top sirloin, which was cooked beautifully -- the overall experience was disappointing and fell well below expectations, especially for a restaurant of this caliber. From the moment we were seated, service was an ongoing issue. Our server repeatedly told us she would bring items we requested -- such as plates, the traditional dining medallions essential for the steakhouse experience, and beverages -- but consistently failed to follow through. After waiting over 20 minutes without receiving any food or the medallions, we had to flag down another server to assist us. My fiancé requested a Coca-Cola three separate times, but ultimately had to get up and go to the bar himself to retrieve it after being ignored. It wasn't just our table; we noticed the server struggling with others around us as well, which left us genuinely concerned about her well-being. It appeared the table with about 6 guests seated right next to us had similar issues. Adding to the disappointment, one of the staff who I assume was of higher ranking (she was wearing all black), was visibly preoccupied with texting on her cell phone while on the floor, making little effort to oversee the dining experience or support the staff. Although the top sirloin was EXCELLENT, the picanha -- which we were especially looking forward to -- was unfortunately underwhelming. I felt the store was a bit short-staffed serving meat, given the amount of customers present and we barely got attention to our table. Given the reputation of Fogo de Chão, we expected a far more polished and attentive experience. While we appreciated the "Best of Brazil" offerings, the poor service and lack of management oversight greatly diminished what should have been a special evening.

   Horrible service, we had to wait for a table even though I had reservations for a week. When we were finally sat down it felt like the crew completely forgot about us, no one took our order or even got us water and bread for 30 minutes

   We had a graduation celebration in a private room. It was a great choice. Good food and service. Deserts are awesome!! Omar took good care of us. I loved the location after Mill’s college graduation. Parking not bad. Easy to Uber too.
