First time diner, just wasn't impressed. Service started out great but got slower throughout dinner. Plenty of wait staff, but had to ask for refills. Meats were tasty, servers were great, salad bar was lacking.

If your only looking for the novelty of the environment it's a one and done here. The food was very underwhelming. The prices they charge are not reflected in the quality. With all the other options in dining that are just a stones throw away I expected a much better experience.

During a time where it’s hard to find good service, the service we received last night by Amin and the manager was was top notch! Thank you for giving us such a nice night out with our family!
The food was really yummy. The service was really friendly. Took a bit to get certain meats we wanted, and didn’t have their yummy bacon or mushrooms. It did take a while for the bill but other then that my dad had a great birthday! Thanks
It was my sons birthday and he loves meat-so I thought this place would be great. It was cool to experience but I don’t think I would go back. Service was really good!

The staff is so unfriendly and never says anything. Our waiter was so bad and never came over unless I waved at him. The food never came out and 3 of our requests never were addressed. It’s was freezing in the restaurant to the point we never got comfortable

Had a reservation and person at the front sat two walk-ins ahead of us. Clearly knew the group of 2. When I asked why they sat them down before us she told me they were waiting for a bigger table for us. Saw she sat them at a 4 person table when we only had three in our party.
Server was inattentive, only came to take our orders and give us our check. Never checked in with us. Had to ask other people for drink refill and even ask for the check to check out.
Only reason why I am giving this place 3 stars is because the people who were serving the meats made the experience great. Even apologized on behalf of some of the staff. Also, the hospitality manager/coordinator helped us more than our actual server, so she was great.

A great place for barbecue, it's a Brazilian way to serve different type of meat.
We had a great experience for Christmas and our server was very cool. The sides coming from the kitchen were slower than normal and the drinks took a long time to come to the table.
This was our first visit!! My partners and I shared a beautiful meal, we had delicious cocktails, and truly had a wonderful experience. The service was also excellent we were very impressed. We will definitely be returning and recommending Fogo de Chao to all our friends and family.

I was a regular at Fogo de Chao in Boston, but the service at this location is terrible and the food is subpar. I will not be returning.

This was my second visit to this location and just like my first visit the food was great but the service was lacking. On both visits they claim that the Warm pão de queijo, crispy polenta, mashed potatoes and caramelized bananas are served throughout the meal but with both of my visits these items never showed up until we were done eating and to full to enjoy them. In general the all the service was very slow despite appearing to be fully staffed and your getting your own food from the Market Table & Feijoada Bar. I have been to other Fogo de Chao around the country and poor service has never been a problem at other locations so the poor service is isolated to this location. My first visit was pre COVID so the poor service could not be blamed on a lack of staffing due to COVID so for them to still have poor service it is a sign of improper training that has been going on for years. Because I like the food I will give this location another chance as well as other locations around the country.

This is our 4th time coming here. An anniversary, 2 birthday's and my husband's company Christmas party so we're frequent flyers and know what to expect. Frankly, this wasn't it.
Made our reservation for 4:45 for 5 people. We show up 4:41 to be told they'll seat us 'as soon as possible' which meant 5:15. At a table that was right in front of the door that constantly kept opening so we were freezing all meal.
Our server was doing his best but he was obviously drowning. Water that was always empty. My husband and I were never offered another drink. Dirty plates were left at the table instead of being bussed. We were never offered refills of the potatoes or anything else.
The whole experience was based on the cuts of meat being brought out. I'm not sure if they were just so overwhelmed but we were constantly left sitting around hungry.
The kicker was when I got up to take my daughter to the bathroom the server brought the bill. My husband paid it without looking. My 6 year old wasn't free and my 11 year old was charged full price. The waiter said he couldn'tfix it because we didn't tell him at the beginning of the meal. We tried explaining he didn't ask but he wouldn't budge.
Overall 0/10. A freezing meal that we left hungry from after spending 300$ dollars. You lost a repeat customer.

1st time made a great impression on my wife and I. The food was great and or server was very polite and professional. I would go back again and again.
More options for customers
Who like food well done. More options for the buffet/market area, service could have been better with the amount of time it took to receive certain items we requested, I ask if I could order another piece of cake to go but was told no because the kitchen was about to close. The experience could have been better considering the amount of money my party spent and it was a special occasion.

Although overall it was a nice experience, service was a bit off and it wasn’t due lack of staff, they had plenty. I noticed it too long to get certain items we wanted to try and some never came by, the stated 14 different types of meats including chicken which never stopped by our table. As for the quality of the meats we did try with the exception of one(dried out) exceptional. I will go back with a bigger appetite.

The Market Bar was fab with so much variety - I found my favorites and new things to try. It was t he first time I have gone back for seconds!!! Bacon was missing but one person in my party asked for it and we were served a dishful. She was right - it was worth asking for.
Really great service and food was amazing quality
Salad bar was picked over with a 1/3rd of the items empty, Took 20 min to get Salad dressing of any sort for my salad. There were only 4 servers walking around with meat to serve and the selection was slim. I understand the times were in but pay more you will get employees. Our bill was $230 with two, full price of meal but 1/2 of the experience. Will be a while till we return.
We did the churrasco experience, and what an experience it was. Everyone looked pregnant by the time we left. Lol. Everything was pretty good. Would definitely do again.

The server we had seemed quite ambivalent regarding serving us. We were halfway through our meal before he bought over the sides. We needed refills on the sides and never got them.
The meat was excellent. As was the salad bar. We usually have a good time when we are there.
