   Service was poor. Ran out of clean plates. Food was not replenished. Meats did not come out consistently. Definitely understaffed. The manager was even trying to cut and serve meat. We felt bad for them but as paying customers we were very disappointed. We will not be coming back to this location.

   It was our first time going to Fogo de Chão and it was an amazing experience. It was my son’s 21st birthday and he loves stake houses I’m glad I chose Fogo. Food was delicious and the service was on point. My son enjoyed it so much and that made me happy.

   I and my family were extremely disappointed in everything that happened during our evening. We were a party of 9 and we were seated in the back of the restaurant at an early dinner time around 530pm. The air conditioning was either set too low or not working. Once seated we mentioned to waiter how warm it was and he said he would get it set lower. Once we received some food and I went to the salad buffet area which is all I ordered I also mentioned to what seemed like manager and he said I’ve set it to 72 degrees. I said as crowded as this place is 72 seems nowhere cool enough considering it was very hot and humid outside. He did offer to move us to front but at this point with 9 people drinks and food already starting to come I did not want to disrupt my family. Plus by end of night it did not matter. The salad area was bare at this point since pretty much everyone gets the salad bar no matter what you order. The one person whom I saw restocking was constantly trying to keep up, I felt bad for her. The all you can eat service was very slow at first and then was too much by end of night. They kept interrupting everyone eating whether you had your coin up or down or if you didn’t even order which made me feel we could have cut our expenses. Only a few of us drink so bill was not alcohol and food like three glasses of wine at most. But $600 for a torturous night where most of us were fanning ourselves like crazy just to endure was not the best experience. i will never go back. And just fyi we still continued to be the most polite people on the earth to everyone there and only conveyed the temperature issue which was obvious to everyone since there was a lot of fanning going on everywhere in the restaurant. Overall poor experience.

   Got reservations and checked in on time. Waited almost 30 minutes and decided to go to an actual steak house instead. Hostess was rude. The place seems understaffed. There were about 20 people waiting inside to be seated. Don’t offer reservation times if you can’t honor it. Terrible service

   Unfortunately their salad bar wasn't as full as normal, and many of the meats served to us were burnt. As the night progressed on the meats got better. We have never been disappointed at this restaurant but the quality of food served wasn't good for that price. Service was great. We had a great waiter and were checked on regularly.

   We love this restaurant so much so that we went twice in one week during our vacation. I wish the price point was a little lower but other than that it is a fantastic place.

   It would have been nice to be more away from the salad bar with our large party to have more space around the table. It was cramped with 9 adults and an infant with a highchair.

   The greeter was great! The waitress who served us forgot things - she never brought my wife and brother in law’s salad and seemed impatient and surly. At the end, it was almost like she was chasing us out.

    Went there because of their ad on Facebook saying the “best cuts” for 39.00. I had to ask one of the employees to have the gauchos come to my table as I was being ignored. The buffet was mostly low on food. Many of the dishes were empty. Finally had gauchos come to my table but they only came by with two different cuts. I had to also ask for the cheese bread because they didn’t bring that either. When I got the bill it was 44.00 and not the 39.00 as advertised. Small difference in price by still false advertising. I honestly have never had good service at Fogo De Chão so I don’t know why I return. Maybe it was the falsely advertised price but I STILL didn’t get “all the best cuts” as it promised in the ad. Next time I’ll try the new Brazilian Steakhouse at the Headquarters in Seaport Village.
